Right I'm wanting to protect the underside of the car what's the best stuff to use ? And does anyone know anywhere near Chesterfield that does it and can be recommended ? Cars never been protected before so what kind of price would I be looking at for prep and application ?

Finding a decent box with traceable history is going to be just as difficult.

When I first bought mine there was quite a bit of choice but these days nice ones seem to be few and far between. Don't be tempted buy the first one you see always be willing to walk away. Best bit of advice I got !

I would imagine that would be horrible and like driving a tank at low speeds !! It's not a light car, I once drove a corsa with no power steering and that was like wrestling a bull I can only imagine what it would be like with a car twice as heavy ...

You can go higher !! Depends what you value more lower premiums or not having to worry about finding hundreds of pounds when you're in accidident. I chose the latter and pay a few quid more.

Have you looked at hotels near the airport dunk, it was cheaper for us to stay the night at a hotel near Heathrow and leave the car in their secure car park for a week than park it in one of heathrows carparks by about a tenner plus they do a free shuttle bus to the airport !! So for £10 less we got a place to sleep, breakfast and a bus to the airport !! Figure that one out

Those numbers are rubbish I'm afraid they haven't a clue what they're on about. According to those numbers 50% of supra's are uk specs ....
