  1. Bad luck when you first let it done at arch enemy, but what Matt is doing looks like a quality job, Love to see the end results:thumbs:
  2. Cheers Rob, another build:d Went through all the pages of you're build thread a few months ago, and i have to say stunning build even the gearbox you have done, excellent mate. But if you start a new one i will be reading the same amount of pages with joy.
  3. Thanks mate, wont be long now.
  4. One of the doors, not finished yet. All is looking well, new bolts, window seals, clips and other small mounting/installation materials are going to be ordered coming week so when the respray is done the body parts can be installed with fresh bolts etc. When finished the c/f VIS racing bonnet will be installed, if i'm not sattisfied with the look of c/f on superwhite, the bonnet will be sprayed too. But will see i really don't know how it will look in the flesh when its on.
  5. originally the supra side(skirts) came with an sort of profile, the picture shows new profile, but will be finished in white off course. I was told today that the hole where was fitted the third brake light in which was removed before i got this supra, was filled with an thin plate which was glued, not welded. New plate to fill the hole is welded now, rear hatch is in the correct color but needs to be sprayed again, little marks i was told, i couldn't see them:)
  6. I was able to come over to the paintshop today :dand took some pictures of the progress, one of the frontwings in the actual color, not finished yet, frontwings, waiting to be finished diff. angle fr.wing almost ready for entering the spraycabine. Arches rolled, to fit wider wheel for future needs. Not completely finished yet,
  7. the original one? Maybe this one is how do we call it in proper English, edited, made for thinking purposes. Just a wild guess, lol;)
  8. here''s the link http://whifbitzperformancetuning.co.uk/toyota-supra-supra-body-kits-styling-wings-west-p-5923.html
  9. Paul Whiffin does them too,
  10. True, like you said before it is very helpfull and nice to have a dedicated trainingspartner/teacher who can help and correct to learn the correct technique,
  11. From all the years I’ve trained I trained for over 9years with my best friend R.Vogelzang (hardcore)who in the past competed at the mr.Universe, one of the higher competitions in the bodybuilding scene, the mr.Olympia is obvious the highest competition in bodybuilding scene. Bodybuilding interested me as a kid and started when I was only was 12 years old, learned a lot in the long road. But to come back on-topic what protein shake is the best to take, I always say that a supplement is a supply on top of normal regular food, so try to take as much protein out of turkey breast, chicken breast, fish, salmon, tuna fish, In bulk periods milk products and red meat, As a rule of thumb 2,2 grams of protein intake per kg bodyweight is just basics, As a rule of thumb is in our supra driving community 600cc injectors will provide 600bhp (less when you take the safe 80% duty cycle into consideration) One more thing to consider when determining the protein requirement is that the body does not utilize any protein 100%. A high-quality protein will have a +/-30% loss of efficiency while a lower-quality protein will have a +/-60% loss. Ingesting a high protein level increases metabolic stress to the bodies organs. A much better idea is to consume high-quality proteins having the best biological value. I Highly recommand to any bodybuilding enthiousiast the books of Chris Aceto, which is a well respected man in bodybuilding scene. I’ll leave now as I stated don’t judge what you don’t know, as building a race car needs more then only fuel, it’s a complex thing and needs study. I don’t know much about high hp turbo’d cars, but am willing to learn and understand, but it starts with basics, like more things in life.
  12. The more newbies they can get on their site, the more they use, the more they need to supply themselves, the more they can sell, the more provit they make.
  13. It's just an example, 100kg is an easy number to use, if i used 89,73 kg i would have used an calculator.
  14. this one went to Germany if i remeber it correct,
  15. I bet you mean, 2,2 grams of protein per kg bodyweight for gaining lean muscle, for a man of 100kg it wil be 220grams of protein a day. 400gr is too much,
  16. here you go, Sales in Europe have been ceased in early 1996. In the end of 1996 the new emission regulation "Euro 2" had become compulsory. Toyota found adapting the Supra to these standards for not profitable enough due to the small sales figures in Europe. The last examplars have been delivered to their customers in early 1996. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?248486-Stock-Supra-performance-stats-(input-required!)&p=3145073#post3145073
  17. Thanks, hopefully i'll receive more pictures during the respray-process and will update this thread when possible,
  18. What protein do you need, whey proteins for a fast release or egg proteins for a slow release. If you go to sleep and take whey proteins, while this is made to distribute very fast, while your body needs to recover all the night so i would not take the whey before going to sleep, i would go for the slower release of egg proteins so that a body can get it's proteins on a steady slow release, and recover. In the morning and after heavy duty work outs i would choose whey over the egg protein shakes due to it's fast releasing properties, After heavy work outs muscles glycogenbuffer stores were depleted by the work outs, so to give the muscles building blocks fast, go for vitargo combined with an good whey protein, so your muscles can start recover even faster, good luck!
  19. liking the intake manifold, would love to see this bay when done, keep up the good work.
  20. Totally agree with you, this is just body work preparations, after this Bjorn of DPC will inspect and if all work delegated is perfect, he will collect and drop it off at another employee who works for DPC but is only doing the paint ''part'' , once there it will be resprayed in an controlled area with humidity control heat control etc, after the respray my supra will be there when the paint is hardened, after that part the supra will be transported to DPC again where they will fit all the stock body plastics, except the bonnet, if all the parts are on the supra and fit perfectly, the supra again will be stripped, the parts which needs to be sprayed will be sent to the paintshop to be sprayed in the same color as the car, and will be returned to DPC to be fitted onto my car. I get your concerns, i was really happy to receive the photos from the progress they booked so far, i'm far away at the moment and cannot come over time and time again, really difficult to stay on top of it, it's an expensive respray so hope that the results are worth it.
  21. Is it legal to cruise with an turbinepowered car like the one from the advert?
