  1. I have owned many range rovers at present I have the 3.6tdv8 model and it is brilliant and i will be upgrading to the 4.4tdv8 next year. in all my years of owning range rovers I have never had problems it's like anything if you don't maintain it correctly it will break and I think this is the problem many people have with any car they just don't want to spend money on maintenance
  2. I have the Stu hagen ones on my UK spec but I never pushed them to the max however I did achieve over 500bhp my intention was to max them out but I have now decided to go the single route
  3. My cosworth is a 3 door Sierra I bought it 20 years ago I can't even remember what I paid but it's spends most of it's life in the garage same as my supra. I am now 48 so in my younger years you didn't really have much choice in cars you either drove some piece of crap british Leyland or a ford we use to be able to pick up mk1 and mk2 escorts very cheap back then and look at the price now, I have owned a few rs2000, mexicio and harrier escorts. If only I had known Lol
  4. As I have mentioned before and it seems to upset the few when the UK spec Supra was sold in the UK it was turbo only and it's market was 911 sales at close to 40k back in the 90's this was a lot of money, but that was the clients Toyota were after. Then the market gets flooded with cheap imports and lesser models which then allows chavs to purchase supra's and then proceed to install stupid bodykits, and cheap mods, this hurt the market something which the r34 did not suffer as it was only available in that model which kept the price high keeping chavs away. Now 2017 less cars on the road and the right people owning them plus the fame given from the net and films means only one thing the price is going up as it should I know some people on here don't agree with the increase in price but that might be down to their financial status sorry but thats just the way the cookie crumbles. Let's also look at it in another way we now see ford escorts and cosworths as high as 100k and there is no way in my eyes that this car demands a price higher than a well sorted Supra. I own a cosworth and as much as I like it the ride is terrible compaired to my supra.
  5. Very nice but I don't think the rims do it any justice
  6. I think one thing that needs to be looked at is he selling as a trader he admitted on another post that he will also be breaking another supra and that to me sounds like somebody trying to make a profit, if that is the case then all his sales should stop while he applies for a trade membership
  7. My car is going single as we speak a full rebuild including gearbox and respray and I am in at 37k so no it ain't cheap if you want it done properly
  8. Whifbitz 3 inch twin box exhaust I purchased one and got rid of my nur spec r for the same reason

    So much hate

The price of tt's is as it should it's only because the market got flooded with inferior na and tt models, plus chav bodykits the sooner more get scrapped or smashed the better I say to be inline with the r34 which the supra truly deserves
  10. Electric crap I have been in a couple and in my opinion I don't think the build quality is that good plus the continuous buzzing noise from the motors I find to be annoying. And in my opinion I don't think the governments are thinking it through correctly what it cost to build electric cars plus run them people are moaning now about Hinckley so I don't see them liking more of them. Plus do you think the powers that be will allow the oil company's to go out of business
  11. Just watching some random video and saw UK registered trd body supra 10 mins into video.
  12. I think anyone who votes for Corbyn is as deluded as him. How can you vote for a man that doesn't listen to the people, he wants more immigration, less military, no royalty and he supported IRA scum. And he will bankrupt the country with his ideas, what he needs and all the Islam supporters in this country is a projectile injection of 7.62mm
  13. I contacted him via facebook his name is Arnout van der kamp and I had no problems with the transaction
  14. I disagree with what your saying and the reason is I have recently purchased a complete set of syncros for a v160 for just over £1000 from this said company who apparently supply jacks transmission of which I have also bought gears from before I knew about supra sport
  15. My supra has been a garage queen some years it's done zero miles but when I do go out it feels great still very tight and smooth for a 20 year old car it just shows how good and advanced it was. And although I drive a new range rover and a 5 year old bmw 530d any chance I get i would take my supra
  16. so last year I decided to take my UK spec car to SRD and after speaking with lee we came up with a plan, originally I was going down the big twins road but was swayed to go single as this would be a better option for my goals of 900bhp. the work to be carried out is complete glass out respray suspension alignment subframes removed and overhauled SRD Stage 2 Built block Mahle 86.5mm Pistons BC Pro Rods SRD Brace Kit with ARP hardware New Core plugs New squirters or squitter delete All Machining Balancing Cleveite Bearings SRD Stage 4 Head BC stock size valves stock size valves Single valve springs Titanium retails BC locks BC Bronze Valve guides Port work All machine work SRD Stage 1 Cams H11 Head stud kit EGR Blank Plates Toyota Oil Pump Toyota Water pump Toyota Full gasket set Gates Timing belt Toyota Timing belt idler wheel SRD Billet tensioner bracket TRD Engine Mounts Stainless Bolts Toyota O ring for Oil filter housing Toyota Oil level sensor O ring Toyota Dip stick o ring Toyota manifold studs Toyota Manifold nuts RPS Triple plate carbon clutch Fitting Kit OS Giken 9" Diff Fitting Kit SRD Turbo kit with 6870 Turbo Custom 4" Exhaust System ETS 4" Intercooler Anodised Black SRD Oil cooler Kit Heater Matrix Fuel flex Mapping and dyno Misc. and fluids PHR Triple Pump Hanger Triple Walbro pumps Asnu 1500cc Injectors Fuel lines and fittings Twin Billet Filters Aeromotive FPR Kit Fuel pump Wiring Toucan Display Focal Rear speakers Sound Deadening Focal Front Speakers Alpine 4 channel amp Cabling Bumper Undertray Toyota seals and rubbers I am sure there will be a few things added to the list anyhow below are some pics from when the journey started.

  19. haha your question made me laugh it bought back some memories were I made my brother back in the 1980's sit in a mk2 escort on a trailer from Colchester to Hereford with his foot on the brake because we forgot the straps me and my mate laughed so hard during that trip
