Hi yes my set up is very close to his, i am confident that we will break the 500 mark, in the states they are claiming to have seen 594 whp on stu hagens car optimistic i know, Now i no that i have bought items that where probably not needed like ( head,cams,water injection and syvecs) but i want to explore the full potential out of these turbo's as i want to stay twins and if i am not happy then i will buy a hks twin kit hence the reason also for these items, regarding the dip between turbo's there is a new kit that has been developed for this reason and has just gone on sale state side so i will also purchase that, from talking to the guys there it makes a big difference almost one big power curve, as far as it being the perfect street setup well everybody's opinion is different but i can tell you that with that big torque hike, it pulls like hell and is really good for driving on the roads and overtaking. Some people are asking for pics beleive me you can't tell it still looks stock and still manages to use the same heat shield unless someone new what they where looking for and noticed the coolant lines going into the turbo's you wouldn't no like i said earlier i am eager to get this finished and when i am home in a few months i will get straight on it and let you no the results. Hi guys i work overseas and have not been back to the uk for 13 months but i do plan on getting home in may then i will be finishing of the latest updates and get it re-mapped with ryan hopefully we can wind these turbo's up to there max safe spec which is 1.7 bar, but i have bought a few items listed below that need installing to help me break the 500 bhp mark 264 cam shafts stage 2 head vernier pulleys water injection std inlet manifold but polished and ported the only item i am waiting for is a modified exhaust manifold from the states which should decrease the the dip between the first and second turbo and help keep the egt's down i really hope after all this effort i achieve the goals that i am looking for and as soon as it's completed i shall post the updates.
  6. No mate i don't think that but if you can imagine yourself in your car wether it be uk or import and you have lavished a small fortune in it and then you see the same model car that's been chaved you sometimes think its time to move on?

I no someone is going to hate me for saying this but its one of the whole reasons why they should have never allowed imports coming into the country because it then keeps the uk spec price to high to stop fools like this owning one and spoiling it, sometimes makes me want to sell which would be a shame as i have had supra's for 15 years (no disrespect to those that have imports and spend serious money to make it better)

Yep i no what you mean mate about differences when i bought a new gixer 1000 k5 i was also riding a tl 1000r that was on ohlins suspension and as you can imagine when i jumped back on it after a few weeks of riding the gixer, the tl felt like riding a brick on wheels i should have been use to the change as i was also riding a 2000 r1 on the track but i guess it just showed how good the new k5 was straight out of the showroom

In italy with twins sounding good as ever don't get much better than that. i don't no if you travel to europe on your bike? but you should check out stelvio pass done it 5 times then continued on down to lake garda and lake coma in italy its a nice little trip but to be honest the best roads i have done where in spain very smooth and no traffic what so ever and bends where your cranked over at 150mph+ then 1 mile staights where all you could see was haze and not the end of the road that was one hell of a trip, still brings a smile to my face at how fast we where able to travel and for such long periods of time i can't wait for the next one:D
  10. Hi mate i passed my test 20 years ago so have no idea what DAS is (LOL), well done on getting your license though i too heard that it's a right headache to get your license now. Anyhow i have to say that even though i like my cars, my true passion is bike's i own 4 (greedy) i no but i just can't help myself and i don't care what car your in you can't beat the thrill of a big bike especially if you ride like a complete nutter like me HaHa. I am sure you will get the bug then there will be no stopping you, believe me if you get it big it's like a drug, my bikes are Suzuki gsxr 1000 k7 Suzuki gsxr 1000 k5 track bike Suzuki 1200 bandit Streetfighter style for hooning about KTM 450sx 07 My gixer 07 spec and pic Blueprinted engine yoshi cams power commander 3 racefit (decat) titanium/carbon exhaust (they hear me in the next county with this) K+N airfilter Quick action throttle TRE 186mph speed delimiter and gives full power in 1,2,3 gears and raises rev limit by 500rpm braided brake lines and competition pads revalved front and rear suspension and set up for my wieght last time on dyno it was 209bhp wieghing in at 166kg [ATTACH=CONFIG]141188[/ATTACH]

I am in this line of work and have been for many years including my dad and uncle(now retired) brother and many friends we come from a military back ground and i can tell you now depending on what kind of cp work you want to do joining the RMP will not get you much work you need to go into an infantry unit the norm for the most amount of work is (Para,marines,green howards, etc etc) sorry let me just correct myself as the green mushrooms are now part of the rifle regiment (shows how long i've been out) then after years of service preferably where you have seen some action you will be able to try, but its still not that easy as you will still need to get an SIA license which ain't cheap, but don't let this put you off its not easy and takes many years but the rewards can be very good if you live through it, and that is no exageration as i have had many friends die and come too close myself i hope this info helps

As well as my supra in my collection i also own a 3 door sierra rs cosworth in white that has had some rs500 mods, i have owned it for 12 years and last drove it 3 years ago, i sometimes think about selling the cossie and the supra as i last drove that 8 months ago but i never will the joys of working overseas. I am now on the look out for the next car in my collection but i fancy something very different like a hillman imp with some forest archs on like the mk1 escort and a hayabusa turbo engine in the back should be fun if i go through with it.
  13. yes nic here is my last dyno graph like i said i will be adding water injection and cams before i take it back to ryan then we can wind the boost up more. what i am trying to prove is that the magic 500bhp for twins can be broken i was told it can't be done and in my world there is no such word as i can't, stubburn like an old mule (sorry) but i will admit it might not be enough for me when finished and i might still go single because i want around 600+bhp just perfect for a good fast road car.

  15. how much do you want to spend as i have a bltz nur spec r for sale it was only on the car for 300 miles these are 580 quid new i will accept 480 but you will have to be quick if you want it as i am going overseas for a few months on sunday call me on 0777 1568755 as i won't be back online today thanks.
  16. you will need a boost controller it just so happens i have a brand new hks evcs controller for sale its very nice and slim and in black.
  17. since i have fitted them i have done quite a few miles as i have another house in europe and thought it would be nice to drive my supra there and back on this trip and i can tell you that it performed excellent averageing at about 100 mph and at one point i was up to 180mph and held it at that speed for a good 2 miles , i have to say that i am very pleased with these turbo's it totally transformed the car, driving it on normal roads is great it has great low torque for overtaking and when the second turbo comes in it keeps on pulling harder before you no it your well into three figure numbers, i can't wait till i fit the water injection and turn the boost up.
  18. no i haven't ported the manifold although i am looking at what options are available as i have been told that the manifold is too restrictive
  19. yes mate it is the kit from speed4sale in the states, i guess i will have to speak to ryan to see what we can do but when you drive the car you don't really notice it
  20. no mate i don't have an egt gauge, and to be honest i hate gauges all over the place i will have to look for one thats looks as if it was fitted by toyota, thanks for the comments on the car i prefer the stock looking lines with a bit of agressive detail of black trim, and maybe it might be the most powerful TT??

  22. Hi everyone as some of you might no before christmas i purchased a set of gt28 turbos from the states then got ryan to install a syvecs ecu and map, with the result being 428 bhp. So last friday i went back to see ryan for another remap but this time we installed some bigger injectors so out came my stock 550 and in went a set of sard 650 then we ran the boost upto 1.4 bar as you will see below i am getting close to the 500 mark that i want to achieve but i will need to install this AEM water injection that i have just bought and some 264 cams then we can run the boost upto 1.7 bar. you will also notice from the graph that i am achieving 450 lb/ft of torque at 2400 rpm also added a pic of my car as i have never done this on here before
