  1. I'm getting the flange part from http://www.part-box.com The rest of the bits are easy to get. They have it under the old part number 17660-047331 RRP £58.00+vat
  2. I think they had done 70K and the engine was completely stock. I had never had the chance to get the car dyno'd so can't give any figures sorry.
  3. I do have a spare set of turbos but can't vouch for condition though as I've not taken it to bits to look at the blades (too scared I'm going to break something). They came off my old engine at christmas but didn't smoke when on boost and seemed to boost fine as well when they were in use (hense the reason I was going to keep them as spares).
  4. Peterborough Showground. Just off the A1.
  5. I'm actually tempted this year. If we are going to put together a stand for the weekend then count me in. Then we can go from there pretty much straight to the Cambridge meet on the Sunday Anyone know someone we can enter into the Bikini comp?
  6. Doesn't matter what they do. The conspirecy croud will say it's a fake. Photo - Bet it's been Photoshoped DNA - Faked or CIA had a sample of it to start with (which they would of have to have to compare it against anyway) Body - Someone else with face altering surgery. He's 2 cm too short to be him (despite the fact you get shorter was you get older). Etc Etc.
  7. I prob wouldn't go to ipswich but would go to Norwich as there are people (not from the club) I know there. Still think £40 is a bit steep but at least I've had my bonus now so could prob fork out for it.
  8. Wow, a month to recover from a late night
  9. Has he cut holes in it already? and is it a 2 or a 3 gauge one?
  10. Thanks for the tip. Just checked but they only have RX7 or generic holders.
  11. Are you refering to the A pillar gauge holder or the gauges? Unfortunately the 2nd hand gauges were either not the style I wanted or needed bits for fitting and I got caught out by that with the BOV in the first place. You have no idea how hard it is to get the correct flange for a HKS style BOV to fit a supra. In fact it's going to have to come over from the states No-one in the UK (hell or even Europe from what I could tell) can get them anymore.
  12. Now you may be asking what the hell that has to do with a Supra (and hense belong in Supra chat) but I'll finally be able to get the flange for the BOV and a couple of gauges, after most of it goes on the credit card to pay off the engine, brakes, suspension etc etc that I had to fork out for over the past 12 months. Finally be able to see what boost I'm actually getting lol. Planning on getting these: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Blue-Smoked-52MM-TURBO-BOOST-GAUGE-FITTING-KIT-/270741496294?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3f097361e6 http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=370503343429&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT and I've seen an A Pillar that looks full length but I'm wondering if anyone knows a good place to get one that will be an exact swap? The one I've seen doesn't look like it has the bottom tab to slot into the dash.
  13. BBC news is now saying that customers data was stolen and they (Sony) cannot garentee that credit card details did not get stollen as well. So glad i don't own a console
  14. A ford *cringe* Ah well, at least there will be more incentive to get the single.
  15. The landing after the big spin was the right way up so hopefully that would have helped. Bet they needed new underwear after that though.
  16. Nice one Hope I get to see it going down the strip at Suprapod.
  17. No idea with mine The engine died before the turbos and I think they had done about 90k. Still got them in storage so must check what condition the blades are in.
  18. Well hope the plan works out. Mine never usually do where finances are concerned :s
  19. Awesome Wonder if it will be possible to convert a system using conventional spark plugs?
  20. PMSL! Kinda felt sorry for the first one but the second guy had me in stiches.
  21. Complain? If autotrader get enough complaints then surely they will start tightening up the ads.
  22. Lol Don't know about that. It might be a good way to keep fit but I could barely stand up straight after the last one. I used a pad and made sure I kept it damp. Definately need to get some clay though and this HD stuff you all talking about. Pity there is no all in one machine
  23. typical really as I use autoglym for everything else lol.
  24. Got the car polished last weekend but had to go help a mate with his Starlet. Just as well. Got the car washed pretty quickly then started putting on the wax (Turttle wax out a green tin) Seemed to be going on a bit thick but no matter what I did it wouldn't go to a light haze. Well 3 hours later and I'm still trying to buff this damn stuff off! All this was by hand I should add. Worse part is I don't even think it's got that high a shine to it hense the lack of photos (and the fact it was starting to get bloody dark by the time I finished). What's a good peice of kit that doesn't cost a bomb which can polish, wax and buff off?
