  1. Is it the new version EDFC with the smaller motor? If so, I recall it does fit.
  2. sdistc

    Might sell?

I'm struggling to understand - why did you get a Supra if you couldn't afford to drive it as often as you wanted? They're not THAT thirsty, unless you're constantly flattening it (although, I would expect most Supra owners to drive that way ). I constantly have the itch to drive mine, even though it's 15000 km away.
  3. Good work. Plan to use any sealant to keep the shine?
  4. The internet filter was trialled last year. Terrible idea, in my opinion - typical knee-jerk reactionism.
  5. Nice build.. Keeping an eye on this one
  6. Wow, I never realised the size of Uranus. well, SOMEONE had to say it
  7. Yes. Yes they will What I'm struggling to understand is WHY, when you see Cueto and Monye and Flutey RUNNING and breaking tackles and creating space, do they think that kicking is a better option? Especially when they are rubbish at gaining an advantage from it?!? It was good to hear the commentary team banging on about it Italy looked great - much like Scotland, they are lacking the final finesse to finish their movements with tries but threatened numerous times out wide.
  8. Not to be a partypooper or anything, but I think we need to consider the (likely?) possibility we (humans) are too limited intellectually to ever actually *understand* fully the workings of the universe.
  9. What he said. Brownian motion, genetic mutations and numerous other phenomena are "random" - and it doesn't necessarily relate to our computational limitations or understanding.
  10. Any high resolution pictures of the interior, engine bay, and maybe even the problem areas?
  11. Very true. I was also interested in the statistic that suggested that France would win this year's Six Nations purely because the Lions toured last year - essentially meaning the players in the best British Isles teams would be injured/fatigued/unfit, and therefore France would be strongest by default. (Apparently France have won every 6 Nations following a Lions tour) This is not to say that France DON'T have a good team, but Ireland and Wales are certainly on a hiding to nothing considering how many important members of their teams were injured in South Africe.
  12. Of course, there is a component of pressure that leads to mistakes - but in top flight rugby, you simply can't give the opposition easy ball... which happened too frequently with Irish dropping the restarts and giving away cheap possession (O'Gara's charged down chip comes to mind). And simple mistakes like professional fouls causing yellow cards are not acceptable, in my opinion - the points you "save" by fouling are usually lost and more during the time you're in the bin.
  13. Didn't see much of the Scotland/Wales match unfortunately (stupid internet!) but saw enough of the final quarter to see that AGAIN Scotland were their own worst enemy! I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to be a Scot. 2 men down at the crucial juncture when you are leading by more than a try is suicide. France were impressive again, but I can't but feel they were flattered by a mistake-riddled Ireland side that had few ideas in attack. I keep wishing O'Gara will get dropped (in favour of Sexton) as Ronan is uninspiring, passive and generally clueless it seems in attack, and unconvincing and timid in defence (doesn't help that he's about 8 stone 3!). Irish look much better in attack with Sexton, and don't seem to lose much in tactical and goalkicking. Still not that impressed with Mr "I ate all the pies" Bastareaud.
  14. No - 71 mm here, ran 2 bar without a BOV and no issues. All my friends (6 at least that I can think of) running 67mm turbos have no BOVs either, without issues. And the workshop we all use ran god knows how much boost to make 1200+ without a BOV.
  15. Very nice car, Geo! Needs a few flyby vids, though Gotta let us hear it on full noise
  16. Haha I probably will be But I shouldn't give you much grief - I did at one point have a DoLuck bodykit on the car (I know, I know.. but I saw the light! Unfortunately it was the moment I saw it AFTERWARDS :s) and I have that gold colour painted on my sparkplug cover
  17. Good link! Any more information or developments of this that you know of? It'd be nice to see it in action.
  18. Now THAT is a colour that won't draw the attention of the local constabulary or chavs with a 20p coín
  19. Now if only Scotland would pinch more Australian and New Zealand-born players with Scottish ancestry, they might score a few more tries
  20. I thought he was superb - he was clear, concise and allowed the plays to run. No player had any doubt what they were going to be penalised for, and the less penalties equals more flowing rugby.
  21. Trounced - no. Beaten, yes. France were just too slick with the 4th and 5th phase plays, where Scotland seemed to run out of ideas which led to turnover ball or a silly play that put themselves back under pressure (see again Godman - 3 dud plays that almost gave the French tries against the run of play!). Plus the French scrum was awesome. The Frogs deserve their favourite status based on every team's performances this weekend.
  22. Well, except for Godman. He's been RUBBISH today for the Scots.
  23. Well, I'm just watching the Scotland/France game - THIS is rugby!! Quick ball, commitment from all players (particularly the Scots never giving up in defence, saving 3 tries so far), minimal kicking and players backing themselves - trying to break the line. Makes for exciting viewing.. the match of the round, without doubt.
  24. I'll keep an eye on this thread - a Supra owning mate will be coming over with his gf to visit in August, and we'll be swinging past the Nurburgring between 26th and 28th of August. It'd be awesomely cool to be there at the same time as a bunch of Supras
  25. I disagree that *rugby* is boring - Southern hemisphere teams seem to want to run the ball and spread it wide more often, and only kick tactically. Today, it was boring aerial pingpong.. no tactical advantage gains, no ground gained from putting the ball in touch, lots of pointless up-and-unders that simply gave away possession.
