  1. Was looking at an sxoc keychain last night thinking a mkiv one would be cool! Like the NA-T idea
  2. When are you planning to get this done dude? I'm interested, would go well in my project engine. But probably won't be good till after christmas.
  3. Car looks stunning as is dude! Could always test fit as said to see how it looks though? & if it's to wide or you don't like the block like mounting points, could always try a c-west wing of uber gayness? Just add iron
  4. Honestly not being funny in anyway what so ever.... Now that everyone has kissed& made up But I've been here since may 2009. And for all the people I've seen using the T61, I think I can only recall 2 threads on failed T61's.... I could be wrong... But does anyone have a link to the failed threads? May help clear things up... As well as getting back on topic Just also curious knowing a few fellow pikeys that use the P61 and haven't had catastrophically epic failures. Or generally failures. Can I Be in the cool crowd or are converse out?
  5. I don't agree with your methods sir! You don't throw enough money at your cars! George? You sharing that ?
  6. Yeah the flux-capacitor keeps going on my friends friend t61 who I see when I'm out walking my imaginary duck I also have one.... That works fine.... Pulls fine... Doesn't leak... Blades all still there... Spools between 2.5-3.0 rpm.... Now over a year old.... Had a hard life.... Delivers the power To the red line.... But don't listen to me... I own one Do have a friend who was gutted after spending £2500 on a custom made from Owen. After seeing how cheap& how well the T61 performed. Known someone ditch a well built garret to go back to the T61. Could try it for yourself& if unimpressed then I'm sure some one who has used one of these before will have it off you
  7. I run the 1lambda and all is fine. If you look at the lambda positions on the NA exhaust they're the same place for the 2 different manifolds. As its a downpipe(1single pipe) both lambda wires to the same O2 sensor should be fine.as long as the ecu has a signal from a lambda. Apparently there are cars in the pipeline that are going to have lambda sensors all the way along the exhaust. As some cars can even completely turn off injectors to limp the car through an MOT on emissions. Short of it: 2 pipes-2sensors 1DP-2wires to 1sensor (reading O2 mixture& sending signal to the ecu)OKAY
  8. Got the same from demon-tweeks. boxes had front/rear, o/s-n/s & are facing the other way
  9. Careful not to snap them/it aswell. It's a PITA & a two man job, very difficult to adjust camber then caster. As each effects the other.
  10. Silly question... But you got a gasket on the flange?
  11. I see your post& raise you: You'd have to be mad not to torque it up...
  12. Cheers clearly got that wrong. Snap on gun won't though
  13. Was under the car the other day doing an oil change& also had a look over all 4 wheels. For play/movement in the bearings & ball joints. All good, However I did notice a split in the N/S/R upper wishbone ball joint gaiter. The ball joints fine& I intend to keep it that way. So I will be replacing the boot/gaiter before anything has a chance to work it's way in there. My question is: What are the boot diameters? Top& bottom hole, and length.
  14. 22mm socket 228 nm I think. Could be 224nm. But I just go with 230nm.
  15. Toe wants to be straight ahead, unless the car has been in an RTI and is now shaped like a banana. In which case it probably shouldn't be on the road. PSI will play a part, so make sure all tyres are set as you like/prefer. I wouldn't just get the car checked for toe, but camber& caster too. So a full geometry setup, it's well worth it. Especially if the car is crabbing. The garage setting up your geo should know the standard mr t specs. But if you'd prefer something else. Hit the search button& you'll find a thread with a few different set ups on it. Also when you mentioned your suspension, is it coilovers or springs & dampers? If coilovers did you measure it all out to make sure everything was setup right on each end of the car? As this can affect the handling as well. Some garages should have the equipment to test& adjust corner weighting. Hope this helps
  16. Hmmm? Looks fake, may need a video to prove its real Might help save a serious wrist injury.
  17. Gutted! Work sucks monkey balls! Wanted to come, but getting there for 20:30 would of seen you all going as I was rolling/ getting towed in
  18. Don't listen to any of them dude There's a silver supra iv seen driving around Hereford with blue neons on. And every time I see him, I think damn he's cool!& I sometimes imagine I was him.and how cool people would think I was!... I sometimes wish I hadn't taken mine off& tried fixing them with a hammer
  19. Nope, nail on the head... Who let this re...... Loose with his crayons. If this car had feelings I'm sure it would be praying for a change in the law on assisted suicide.
  20. Doesn't look like it... You going with the single dude?
  21. Woop Woop! Nice to see this Barry-fornian on the list despite living in Hereford!
  22. aaaaah! God dang! Wish I could go! Have prior ... Plans :wall: Anyone doing trax?
