  1. I’d say your looking at £1k > as a start
  2. Is this the full diff with casing or just the innards?
  3. Are you the chap who bought the car from the wife who’s husband had passed away? I think you might get away with a fluid flush of the trans, that’s certainly where I would start.
  4. Awesome car, god knows how many likes I’ve given it on instagram

    Hi Guys

Hi and Welcome Gordon, nice to see another Scots member joining the ranks. As for the NC500, you’ll have fun, but if you want something more thrilling then you should join us on AC18 (Applecross Run). It’s an annual run up to the highlands and across to Sky that myself and a few other member organise, I’ll fire you a link to previous years .

Here’s me waiting for a Yakuza related post
  8. The winter months are usually when the thoughts of selling up pop into owners minds, so you’re probably best to start looking in January. Spring/Summer is when a fair amount of owner bring their cars back on the road and subsequently “the love” comes flooding back, which in turn pushes the price back up. If you are willing to travel outside of your local area also, your options will also broaden. Would you be sellers my if PX’ing the GT4?
  9. If you budget for £20k you should get a nice example for sure.
  10. I have a 95 DJG Aerotop which came wingless from the factory.
  11. Hi Jazz, can you post your prices on the thread as per the rules please. Cheers

There are still Supra’s out there for around the £15k mark for a TT6, you just have to look harder and be more patient than everyone else. Scooter I think you’re right when you say that owners don’t feel the need to sell, as the way things have been going, they’re not standing to loose out. With regards to the Manual TT’s (NA6), the price of the V16* is crazy and you might see a few projects pop up in the years to come as replacing the box might be more outlay than the owner may wish to spend. differentials are becoming more scarce also, with large case diffs selling for £1k easily.

I rejected an offer of £26k for my RSP TT6 in August, but that’s more down to the fact I don’t wanna sell it.
  14. 3 times this year, one long trip and two short trips, that’s across 2 Sup’s
  15. Considering the labour involved, that sounds like a fairly reasonable price. I'm spending time dismantling my spare front and rear sub frames shortly as these beasts are getting to that stage in their lifecycle. Looking forward to the pics Falcrum
  16. Gordy.r is currently selling his Silver TT-Auto, he is looking for £14,995ono but it might be best just to pm him direct for details. I can vouch for the maintenance on the car, with Gordy often getting carried away with his garage bills.
  17. TT Breakfast Meet, anyone fancy heading along? This will be my first
  18. If you pm Jamie and ask if you can collect, I could collect it and post, if you cover the postage? See if we can get your build finished. I’m not far from Jamie.
  19. Jamie on here, username “Jam” (might have numbers after it) has one for sale in the classifieds section.
  20. From that first picture it looks like his car is a facelift model. Type B
  21. I think prices are on the up, but perhaps not as much as some of the ads we see dotted around would suggest. I also on the other hand think certain cars are selling for good money right now, and this is a point where people start questioning the ceiling, I myself have recently acquired a TT6, and paid fair money for it, now my idea of fair might not be very cheap to others but I guess it's the buyers choice to decide. I think the Supra has a fair bit of climbing before it hits the peak, R34's on the other hand are pretty much there.
  22. It was a joke Jamie, I was giving you a free bump. . I sold my skirt a while back.
  23. £50 for the side skirt?

    Applecross 2017

For those of you bringing your other halves, please remember to bring them also . On previous trips I've always found it handy to bring some spare tools and an umbrella, also remember your sunglasses as the weathers going to be awesome......the umbrella is just a precaution . I've got a spare tom tom should anyone require it, but we always stay in either a large convoy or small packs so you shouldn't need it .
