I now work in the Aerospace industry and it a lot harder to get any personal projects done otherwise I would have done you a set Jake no problem, as Chris said for one off's you will pay a LOT more money.... programming, set-up and prove out time is where your cost is, after that you could knock one up easily from billet in 30min. Machine dependent most shops rent machining time out at £50/hour.

Dave, Your customer should really be persuaded to go with larger injectors before mapping as he will probably only get to around 0.4bar on a t61 sized turbo.

Not really, You can either have a 'catch can' arrangement or attach a mini k and n filter to the rocker cover.

This is the reason I had mine done. If you really have your heart set on it then do it but for gods sake buy a decent kit and get a good garage to fit and map it. If I had my time again it would be a TT transplant but only for the money side of it... you cant beat the sound of a single.

Not happy, driving to work this morning a large stone has cracked the windscreen, this will be the second one in about a year. I know from last time the new glass was in the region of £630 as I insisted on a genuine Toyota item, Will the insurance pay out again without any problems?

You are also going to need a 8.4mm Drill, be careful how deep you go with a npt tap what with it being tapered... if you go too deep it will not seal off on the taper like it is designed to

Also to note is have another person with you filling the coke bottle with fluid, as as soon as you start the engine and get around to the front of the car the bottle will be empty..... it goes through very, very fast.
