  1. Mine coming up for sale 97 on a R in Quicksilver (nice light pearlescent gunmetal), manual will have a 65k mile engine in it but otherwise it has 108k miles some in KM, I have owned this car for seven years. Nice standard bodywork and will have a nice standard professionally fitted engine, also had a new clutch 3k miles ago
  2. I had a waterpump failure which led to overheating and a warped head. I have deceided to drop a standard NA engine back in, sell the kit on and sell the car as we are also struggling with the baby now... this has had no affect to the working of the turbo kit.
  3. To run safely above 0.5 bar yes, either by using tt pistons or a thicker headgasket.
  4. I made 283 at the wheels probably 330-340 engine at 0.4 bar without having to lower the compression, when I did lower the compression I was able to hit 1.2bar with no problems... not sure of the power output though but over 400
  5. No you would need a different manifold

  12. Tony, Not sure if this as been asked but what would the chances be of arranging a factory visit for the club?

    Bad news

Very sorry to hear this, thoughts to you and your wife.
  18. Started having slight overheating lastnight so I have ordered a new rad cap and thermostat from toyota today. Symptoms have been rising temperatures, no hot air in the cabin, top hose hot and bottom hose not so warm. I am thinking along the lines of circulation i.e thermostat stuck closed. Tonight I took the thermostat out ready to put a new one in next week and thought I would test it in a pan of boiling water but to my dismay it opens. How much should they actually open? I measured around 9mm fully open. Would this be enough of a restriction to cause overheating? Or should I be looking at the water pump?
  19. For sure in a few years but not yet, we would have another DDB.
  20. Thinking let it run, unless you want to PM me a offer I cant refuse;)
  21. No timber rot on the main structure but I would replace the base that it sits on IIRC it is just four pieces, we are only in Macclesfield if you want to look at it Chris.
  22. Very comfortable and warm, I have spent a few nights in here after a few too many. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Dog-Kennel-and-Run-High-Quality-12-5ft-x-6-5ft_W0QQitemZ290347671399QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Pet_Supplies_Dogs?hash=item439a11df67&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
