  1. Bridgeport and Fanuc suck, sell your house and buy a Mazak:p
  2. Timing on the n/a cannot be fudged electronically fullstop. The only way to do it is by rotating the dizzy, or switching to coilpacks then it can be controlled using a ecu such as the AEM
  3. They dont have knock sensors as standard.
  4. Yup it's pretty trick, I liked this comment ' He seems to rub out a perfect square aswell.. '
  5. Thats it for me tonight I'm all Pythagorased out, and my cosine aching
  6. Any chance of making a few broom handles ala turbofit style
  7. Send me your paypal address then and I will send some over
  8. Also be aware about the power supply required, single and three phase.
  9. Mills, Lathes? What sort of things are you looking at making Rob and how much money are you thinking of spending. Auctions are a good place to pick up second hand machine tooling.
  10. Have you been talking to my MD
  11. Very easy, sat here with a vernier protractor and a pair of calipers
  12. Names up there in the top 10
  13. Fueling: Walbro pump Aeromotive FPR set @ 38psi 525cc injectors Emanage blue with map sensor No ignition changes 2mm headgasket I am pretty sure the signal from the standard sensor to the ECU was not clamped but mine is OBD2. AFR's are how they should be on WOT (11.5 ish). Make sure you bang some NGK 3330's in there too. All in all it has been a reliable set up for me but make sure you find someone who CAN map the blue.
  14. You will have no problems with the blue. Nothing will control the timing on the n/a as it is a mechanical system unless you switch over to coil packs like the tt but that costs money. Timing has not been altered on mine and I have had not one problem in over three years of doing my na-t conversion. You will however NEED larger injectors the 330cc are just too small
  15. For your goals emanage blue will suffice
  16. Are you talking about the AEM ECU? if so them mit has to be the specific part number for the n/a. 30-1101 as opposed to 30-1100 for the TT
