    hello all

Welcome ... good luck with your search.
  2. Very nice video ... and by the way ... lovely car. I was impressed how she managed to drive the 360 with those high heels ... normally, the are used on other occasions
  3. Roger that ... will try to get the car through MOT with help of a friend's relative. Will check your comment with Paul (Whiffin) after his holidays. Thanks
  4. Yes ... I have had the OEM cats modified so that they fit between the PHR turbo and the HKS exhaust. They are only put on for MOT tests (without cats, there would be no chance at all even entering the facility) I put the cats on ... drive ealisy to the MOT facility ... drive back home and put the PHR 3" mid and downpipe back on
  5. Looks cool ... do you have any idea where you would put it on your Supe
  6. Yep ... have a friend at work whose cousin is working at the MOT facility I usually go ... will try again next week (after I'll meet the cousin this week-end) Seems that it ain't that easy getting singles (specially those with stand alone Ecu's) through emission tests
  7. Ok ... but even with a slightly lower AFR, I will never get those 0.3 % CO
  8. I just failed MOT emission tests this morning ... everything else was fine except : CO was between 4 and 5.5 % (0.3 allowed) Lambda value was also too high with 0.85 I run a PHR stage 1 turbo with AEM ECU and PHR stage 1 fuel system (720cc injectors) I have had my 2 cats custom done to fit between the turbo and my HKS Super Dragger exhaust. I had it tested without cats (with PHR 3" mid and downpipe) and the CO results were almost identical as with the cats on (5.8 % CO without cats). I have 2 possible problems in mind : - O2 sensor needs replacing - cats needs replacing Anybody got another idea Thanks
  9. I think it is normal, the j-spec have ceramic turbo wheels, whereas the UK or hybrid have steel internals. Other induction filters will also give you different spooling noises (that can be heard inside the car). Plus ... due to the fact that you run higher boost on your hybrids than on J-spec will give you other spooling noice too P.S. what boost are you running actually?
  10. Looks great ... like the lower lip in black

    Welcome. Nice Lexus ...
  12. Looks nice. I like the colour. Although I am no fan of the Veilside C2 front ... nor lambo doors ... I think its a clean car. A said, 1.3 bar on J-spec turbos is a lot ... I had my euro-Spec running 1.4 bar when I was BPU ... but the steel turbos are a lot stonger than the ceramic one's. I think 1.2 is a max to go on j-spec and should give you around 400 bhp ... nice power
  13. You can be right ... I never turn on my radio as I want to listen to the sound of my Supe... maybee I should try with some heavy music to make the flywheel noice disappear
  14. I have a RPS max street clutch with RPS flywheel. The flywheel is a little bit noisy, but I like it ... I have to admit that I don't use my Supe as a daily driver ... could be too noisy if used every day.

Welcome ... very nice Supe. Have fun with your new toy
  16. First question : what tyre size are you running front and rear. Generally, 19 inchers with low rubber height (serie 35 or 30) will make the car much more sensitive to road surface imperfections. You will then have to be more "awake" during main road cruising. Another point : 2 years ago, I remarked one day that my Supe was very unstable, which was very noticable on rainy roads. After a complete check, I found that 1 rear spring was partially broken (not completely) and caused oversteer on small bumps even when driving at low speed (no exterior sign was seen ... like the car being lower on that part). Afer having replaced the spring, everything was fine again.
  17. I have it ... would just ask you to cover the delivery charges ... have to ask for the costs if you are interested. PM me (with your address) if you are interested, so I can check for the delivery charges.

    What clutch?

I have RPS max clutch with RPS flywheel ... admit that the flywheel is noisy ... but that's what sportscars are about ...
