Rear wheel drive + 1.6 tonnes + wide tyres+ 2mph = slow slide into parked neighbours car and then bounced off at 1mph for a further 10 feet into lamp-post. At least it did for me last year!! Oh Yeah, got stranded 3 times in 5 days also!

Phewww, thought you were a fan of scummy areas for a second! Another option though is to stay in the 'City' and there are always great weekend deals as the City is usualy a ghost town at weekends. Only 10/15 minutes to the West End. I would look at hotels in Moorgate/Livrpool Street/Bank/Old Street if you want to go for that option. Oh yeah, there is a Holiday Inn right behing the London Eye which would be a good bet also.

The best area to stay in is probably Mayfair, Trafalgar Sq or Russell Sq if you want to be within walking distance of everything. Russell Square is probably much cheaper than the rest and you have the President Hotel or the Hotel Russell that is there. In Trafalgar Sq you have the Thistle which is a great hotel just between Trafalgar and Leicester Sq. Mayfair is much more expensive but you might find a good deal. If you are a tourist you are better off paying a bit extra to stay more central as by the time you pay for taxis, etc. it would cost the same as staying further out.

Check your disks and if they are warped or badly worn then just buy oem brake disks and order some Chris Wilson fast road brake pads. Otherwise you could go UK spec with new disks, calipers and pads which will cost more.

In the case of the W58 5-speed this is true, but I think the R154 is good for 700hp and about 550-600ft/lbs torque. Someone correct me if the figures are a bit out. Edit = ^ Beaten to it:d

Virgin are better IMO, but another way around it if the threatening doesn't work, is to leave them and the day after they shut it off get another resident of the property to start a 'NEW' contract. My brother-in-law did this last year and his brother started the new contract and got a free +Box.......Stupid logic but it works

The light blue Monster drink (Low Carb & Calories) is great. That and original Relentless, but with relentless I get funny looks on the train from people and couldnt work it out until someone said, "your're not allowed to drink alcohol on the underground anymore sir!". I had to explain that it was an energy drink and it only looked like a can of beer/cider!
