  1. where are these speed snesors fitted to the car? interesting to keep an eye on for future reference
  2. Yeah theyre great chris thanks, quality. Theyre going on next thursday now.
  3. Hi, they are new insulaters for the rear shocks, dust/dirt covers. The old ones are completey shot and in about 10 pieces, didint want to put new shocks on without new covers. £73 from toyota.
  4. chris wilson on this forum can sort you out new parts, great price also,
  5. Getting my geo done also, got to fit new rear lower toe arm and rear shocks first tho, managed to get a part worn 275/35/18 as only the one side has scrubbed out. Hopefully a geo and my new parts will sort it
  6. Thanks to chris wilson for getting me these babies, great deal, straight from germany, bilstein even gimme a free pen
  7. be more careful in future fella. saying that ive had to put the jump leads on twice in the last 2 months, dont have a problem normally, its just im renewing some suspension and so dont drive it much and lo and behold, flat. so is it not advised to jump a car at all then?
  8. welcome to the club, nice car
  9. one of the cleanest supes ive seen, awesome
  10. dont look that bad to me, dont get me wrong id not be happy if someone smashed into me, but id think theres plenty of doors out there, could have been worse
  11. Well il replace just the one side for now, and got a pair of bilsteins on order off chris wilson, so im hoping with a new arm and new rear shocks and the geo adjusted my car will feel tiptop again. Replacing my rear shocks because the front have been done ( bilsteins) and rear hadint which are the standard tokicos from japan, 20 year old.
  12. ive also seen powerflex bushes on ebay for the rear toe arm instead of getting a new arm, any thoughts ?
  13. another thing im going to do is wire brush everything off and i want to paint all the components, the arms etc. surface rust looks ruff. the car does not get a massive amount of use and so i thought to paint everything and i mean everything, looking to spend time and a good job, not just slap it on like. can anyone recommend the best paint to use on the control arms/etc, im not going to touch the main underbody as its mint, just the suspension.
  14. ok but whats the differnce between bilstein and tokico struts. my car has 100k/miles and is 20 year old in august this year, its been on the ramp and there is zero play in any off the components apart from this rear left toe arm! pretty good for 20year old, i can see where you coming from for sure, but its all money and not an option right now im afraid. how much does the rear toe arm cost nic?
  15. hi all, now my supra has been feelin really nervous on the road lately, its not a daliy drive so ive put it off for months and months. but today it was up on the ramp and my mates gave it the once over, checked for play in the front, got the pri-bar out etc, nothing on the front everythings solid. since i first bought this supra in summer 2011 it has never felt quite right on the road, sort of wanders i suppose but not really bad if you get where im coming from, just abit vague and its not giving me the feedback i want to be able to feel safe init. one of the things ive noticed is there are new bilstens on the front but its still got its 20 year old tokico toyota shocks on the back, but apart from that the only thing they found was my rear left toe arm looked dodgy only had minimal play but loads of corrostion coming out of the bush etc. and also my rear left tyre is toast now due to the toe arm i suspect. the right side of the car is fine. ive included some photos, what do you think? ive ordered a new arm £173 inc all new cam adjusters and bolts etc, also a replacement 275/35/18, brandnew bilstein rear shocks off chris wilson. then its a full alignment. bush is looking a tad tired these are the original jdm tokico shocks on back, the front shocks have been replaced with bilstiens by the previous owner, maybe 3-5 year ago, cars done very little mileage, so the front shocks are as new.
  16. TTE lexus are always a good choice
  17. my car goes like fek son check your vacuum lines around the vsvs etc for splits, check the intercooler for leaks, it should hit 4k and literally takeoff. dont know what that bleed valve is all about but i dont think its noramlly something you'd put on TT supra, all you need is, fcd, colder plugs, restrictor ring and a decat and a good exhaust and it should boost to 1bar-1.2 bar depending on what RR you have fitted. make sure your intercooler is in awesome nic or upgrade
  18. mine idles around 600-650 ish when warm, aircon on 1k
  19. last time i checked the r35 gtr was more like between £40,000 - £70,000
  20. Nice, i had an s14a sr20det. This looks interesting good luck. Only thing is the balance with such a massive engine hanging over the frint of that s13
