  1. Well it gave about half an inch extra clearance so it wouldnt catch on the torx bolts on the end of the dampner
  2. The fan blades, odly, on the TT are further forward for some odd reason. I suspect its to clear the top radiator pipe on the TT
  3. Should of switched to a TT fan and coupling, its the same issue when you fit an ATI crank dampner to the GE. Switching to a TT fan sorts that problem
  4. You cant beat someone into keeping there car, its just not right
  5. See!! Told you I wasn't crazy! Yes scott I'm suffering badly this morning
  6. Lol scott all TRD knobs fit 5 speeds JamieP attempted to fit a TRD knob on his 6 speed and from what I remember it don't fit
  7. Your not getting me at all.... I know your not selling the TRD knob... I'm just saying that TRD advertise them as 5 speed only.
  8. No I'm being serious, as far as I'm aware there is no TRD gearknob that fits the 6 speed because of the reverse lock out
  9. You do relise they don't fit 6 speeds don't you?
  10. Rear with single diagonal and and bar would be a nice option
  11. Not your fault mate. Alot of people seem to go for weaker nuts odly to try and save a small amount of weight I think you could get some ultralite steel nuts for a £1 at one stage, they would be better. The only problem with welding to ali is you may melt the nut and make things worse for yourself. Try and get some wheel nut removal sockets
  12. This is why i refuse to use aluminium tuner nuts! There to weak compared to steel nuts. Get yourself some quality nuts like mcgard spline drive!

    IS300 lump

Does anyone know the going rate on the is300 ge with the loom? Been having a snoop around for one of these for a bit and they seem quite rare over here. Only one i have found on ebay is 1k. Just after a fairly cheap one, doesnt matter if its not the best aslong as the head and block are intact. Any info be useful
  14. Why did you have to go give him that idea! Someone could of scooped up a real bargain

    Easter Long Weekend

Finishing off putting the box and clutch in mine and fingers crossed starting it up at long last Then finish prepping the bumper and dash for paint. Basicly working most of it again
  21. For what its worth just start by changing both the release and pilot bearings and go from there.
  22. Id check the release bearing 1st as it sounds exactly like what your describing
