  1. Well for one the front end would sit higher i would of thought as there isnt as much weight on the nose like on the TT but thats all i got, my knowledge of spring rates etc is limited
  2. I thought all the differences were just the spring rates and stiffness themselves rather than the actual springs appearance
  3. Give us a shout anytime mate, been tinkering with NA engines for a while now. I followed DaveH to start with but i started speaking with 'suprarunner' as he had big success with his, he's now running around a 1000 with a full TT coilpack conversion with TT cam shaft postion sensor welded to the head and a TT oil pump with crank sensor and timing star, all that on a stock NA HG
  4. Does gav have his finger in everything these days or what Ok 1st thing i noticed is 3mm HG... This is a big NONO.. will make far to much boost and will be a DOG on vac. Only 2 ways i would do it, either 1. TT HG or 2. TT pistons but not both as your CR will be lower than a TT and that isnt realy a good thing Personaly the ONLY way to drop CR correctly on an NA (unless you take a fair amount off the head) is through the piston and not the HG Thats my 2 cents Good luck with it anyway
  5. excuse me..... thats just stupid, you dont jam something in the shaft ever! Disconnect the coil and pull the EFI fuse to stop the car turning over and crank the engine for about 10 seconds. Its also ideal to unscrew the drain pipe to so you know for sure oil is running through the turbo.
  6. Take them swampy. Totaly forgot that the hub sizes are same as stock
  7. Indeed and the cars are still pulling away
  8. Let me measure my centre bore size on my other wheels and ill get back to you
  9. Night racing video is up, some realy bad arse cars there
  10. That explains it! Sure this wont hang around at that price!
  11. Question does arise.. if its the best why get rid of it ?
  12. Get one new from toyota, there only a tenner.
  13. All cat back exhausts for the supra are compatible for either model. The only difference between NA and TT variations is pipe diameter, NA's are usually 2.5" where as TTs are 3".
  14. I hate loud obnoxious exhausts on NA's hence why ive gone with the tanabe... future proof also so no need to change ever realy
  15. As do i.. not like i could use the scissor jack anyway cause the previous owner decided he would crush all of the jacking points on the sills
  16. He does have a point though! it does stick out to much

    Thunder Road!

Nice one lads, only 54mph behind the yanks Better of took your video cameras!!
  23. Has anyone else actualy noticed he's after 10K for a NA 184bhp doesn't sound like a TT to me and its most probly auto
  24. Apparently its something to do with the gear ratios i.e 6th being a realy long gear which will be under ALOT of stress. The supra's seem to be the only one who dont run 6th, the fords and lambos run 6th. Still 247mph in 5th is mighty impressive
