Thomas Crown Affair - the original is fluff, the new one is better fluff. Evil Dead 2 - a superior remake and sequel Also, 'Ben Hur' and 'The Maltese Falcon' (40's version) are indisputably better. Edited to add, agree with JohnA - Cronenberg's 'The Fly', much better than the fifties original..

I thought '28 Days Later' did the running Zombie thing better, there is something about the way they shuffle slowly around the mall in the original Dawn of the Dead. It was more creepy, IMO, and the swipes at consumerism were better aimed.

No farms, but there is a field within a 100 yards that has a variety of farm animals in it if that is what floats your boat?

I watched the remakes of 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' and 'Dawn of the Dead' recently. They were both ok as action films, but about as scary as Blue Peter. The originals (especially TCM) had a strange, unsettling menace that was totally absent in the new versions.

There were a lot of niggles and recalls on the earlier M12's, the newer ones seem better though. Same as any other low volume, parts bucket car manufacturer, Noble don't have anywhere near the R&D budget of a Toyota or Nissan. What the big co's spend designing the air con system, Noble probably spend on a whole car.

Try telling that to my poor, neglected Supra I aim to move every year or so as well, with this being a tourist area its quite a healthy market. Its just difficult finding the places, one of the bungalows i'm looking at tonight is begging for a loft conversion so i've got high hopes for that. Most of them belong to retirees and haven't been decorated since the 70's though I just turned down the nicest 18th century Welsh cottage, it was perfect but there was no potential there because the current owners have done it so well.

I had to buy a flat to get on the ladder last september, the house market is mad around here. I gutted it and spent 2 months doing the place up and have just accepted an offer for 25% more than I paid for it. We're looking at 3/4 bedroom places with a garage and decent garden now, the problem is finding a place my girlfriend and I can agree on! Got another two viewings lined up tonight. I'll hopefully do the same thing again - find somewhere that needs a bit of work and then sell it on until I get to the house I want.

I would have left a card, but we were walking into town cos it was so nice yesterday. As well as my bro, i've got another mate who lives down the Burton Old Road. Small world eh, I might see you in the Anchor one day. I've got a place in Shenstone, but don't go back in the summer.

I'm getting one of the above as a company car, anyone got any experience of either or know which one is better regarded? It would be one of the top of the range models, Mitsubishi L200 'Animal' or the 'Outlaw' Navara. The Navara is more powerful as standard, but the L200 has a power upgrade that makes it pretty much the same. Thanks.

Good question, it seems to be most of her clothes when we are only going away for a night or two Its supposed to be a small amount of clothes that cover every eventuality.. Capsule Wardrobe
