I decided to buy shares in January of this year. Lost a fair amount of money and now wish i'd never bothered. My advice would be to watch a selection of companies you're interested in very carefully for at least six months before buying. If i'd have done that i'd have learnt alot and might even have made a profit.

I was doing 40 in a 30. Can't complain, got caught fair and square. Shouldn't be a 30 zone though in my opinion.

Found a recent news article that said they don't have to be visible but they must have a speed camera warning sign if there isn't one nearby. Unfortunately there are a couple along the road, just never normally see any cameras. There definately weren't any police about, and the mrs works for the DVLA and said its not one of theirs. I also read another forum in which someone confirmed they had been caught by a similar van a few miles away, and has since had the ticket through.

Just thought I'd warn people in Essex/Suffolk/Cambs about the unmarked camera vans the police seem to be using at the moment. I think I got caught on Friday . The van I saw was a dark blue transit near Ipswich, completely unmarked. Didn't realise there was a camera sticking out the back until I was about 30 metres away. After a bit of internet research I found out they're using them in all of the above counties, probably others as well.

If you're planning on renting in the future I'd try and source items from know suppliers that aren't likely to be discontinued anytime soon ie. Armitage shanks, Twyfords etc. I work for a maintenance company doing work in the social housing sector. We visit so many properties where the tenant has installed their own fancy bathroom suite, but we can never get hold of spares so end up ripping it out and replacing. In regards to taps, we always use Peglars. They have a broad range available and are reliable. Not the cheapest but not rediculously priced.

Does anyone know of any free websites that offer similar games/puzzles to the Brain Training game on the DS? I had a go on my Sister's DS and like the game but I'm reluctant to pay £120 for a DS solely bacause of one game.
