  1. Never stopped me, especially on the motorbike We'll have to take it up there again sometime, I still want to get one.
  2. Does anyone know about the driveshaft? I really need to get this sorted as soon as possible.
  3. I can't photoshop unfortunately but black is definately the best colour
  4. If I can source a used hub and shaft from a working car is this likely to solve the problem? I really can't afford to buy new parts at the moment as much as i'd like to. Also, if I can get used parts, I know I can use the hub from a tt on an NA but is the shaft the same as well?
  5. Hub nut was loose. Anyone know why this might happen?
  6. What size stock wheels have you got? I've got a 16" spare with a good tyre if you need to borrow one. I'll be up for the meet as well as long as I can get my bearing sorted in time. 1. Rob_Boi 2. tony tt 3. Aero M 4. Why T 5. PhilStowell 6. Probrox
  7. Before I changed the hub the first time the nut was very loose. I tightened it up and the noise went, but it returned about 2 hours later as it had come loose again. I haven't checked it this time, but if it is loose how can I stop this from happening? What could cause it to come loose?
  8. It seems to be louder at low speeds, but they may only be because the engine is quieter and I can hear it more.
  9. In November I replaced my drivers side rear hub as I believed the wheel bearing was knackered, due to the noise it was making. It has now started to make the same noise again. Is there anything else which could be causing the noise? It is a grinding noise which occurs once in each rotation of the wheel. I just wondering if there is anything else which could be causing this or if the one i bought was just already on its way out. If it is definately the bearing could there be another fault which is causing this bearing damage?
  10. Just got my ass kicked by one of them puppies!

  12. I'm looking for a drivers side rear hub with bearing. I've had a nasty noise coming from mine but I can't afford new parts at the moment. Is there anything else which could be causing the noise? It is a grinding noise which occurs once in each rotation of the wheel. I replaced the same hub back in November and it was fine for a while but has now started again, so I wasn't sure if there was anything else which could be causing this or if the one i bought was just already on its way out.
  13. I've got a 3 spoke if thats any good.
  14. Terrible news, my condolences to his family
  15. hail Edit: are you allowed the same word twice on the same page? Didn't see that up there
  16. I'd suggest Goa, but they have monsoon season until October. Absolutley fantastic place though. Extremely friendly people, lovely weather, great food and you get alot for your money. Definately the best holiday we have ever had.
