  1. Routes are all finalised and tripple checked. Going to run them through Tyre tomorrow night and bring in to my satnav for testing. So should have the routes available for download by Friday.
  2. Theres an electric folding kit in the for sale section at the moment if that helps.
  3. and this is the logo I have chosen for this year. Great work by Ellis.
  4. With everything I have going on at the moment I totally forgot to sort the clothing with Sallix for DB14 this year. Sallix are away until next week so would be pushing it, so I am trying to find a clothing supplier that we can give the logo to, they can then print on demand all the t-shirts and ship them out before we leave. So there is a chance there will be clothing this year, but its going to be a bit of a rush.
  5. Yep, you just plug the satnav in to a PC, it appears like an external hard drive or memory key, find the itinerary file folder on the device and just copy the files in to there. Then start up the device, load up the ITN file for the relevant leg and off you go.
  6. Mine is on a gopro mount hanging down off the underside of the bumper, means I can quick release it if needs be, but wont rip off as the gopro mounts are designed to stay on at speed. Here is a picture of how it looks.
  7. Yep, I misused the word upload. You need to copy the files to the satnav before you go away, and just select the right one from the satnav at each stage of the journey.
  8. Yep, the planning that goes in to those files is scary. I have to avoid left hand turns out of t-junctions, so its almost always a right turn out of a junction or a roundabout, I have to avoid toll roads, avoid major highstreets (Ypres worries me this year, its a major town and parking will be slightly iffy) and have to find stuff for people to look at as they casually drive along.
  9. Yep, we give you a file for each section of the trip, you just load up the file relevent to the day and time of day (morning or afternoon) and off you go. Means everybody follows the same route (if they have a satnav..) and its easy to get to the main stopping points by just stepping to the last point if you get really lost. Depends on the model of satnav though.
  10. TomTom have their own Facebook page, ask on there which ones will take ITN files and see what they say.
  11. If you can find the TomTom XXL then buy one of those. Cannot guarantee any of the newer TomTom units will do itinerary files as they seem a little random on what will and wont. I believe all Garmin units will take the files though.
  12. Yep, still spare tickets but I need to know by tomorrow if you want to come along. Satnav files will also be available this week, doing the export on them tomorrow hopefully.. Bob, hotel details sent across.
  13. play nice please people, and we know the rules about swearing.
  14. Still got those 2 spaces free folks. Doesnt have to be a Supra coming along, anything that can keep up can join in!!
  15. Benjy, pop me over your full name, car type, reg number and home address anyway. Pig will sort it all when he's back I'm sure.
  16. Okay, I have 1 or 2 spare spaces for this. Eurotunnel and hotel twin room £278 in total. Please PM me now if you are interested.
  17. If you bought Pig's tickets I need to know your full name, address, car type and car reg so I can amend the details
  18. We cannot allow any discussion about Boys Toyz, good or bad I'm afraid, due to this thread http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?208654-Posts-Regarding-Trade-Cars
  19. With the recent thread about swearing in mind, a particular word was edited out and replaced with the word poor.
  20. There may well be 1 space set of tickets going soon as Mario cannot make it and has donated the tickets back to the club. Just trying to work out the best way of handling the scrum for the tickets.
  21. I remember I was the first out of the hotel in dress up!! If we are going for it this year I have a costume lined up, just waiting to see how many go for it.
  22. Usually just a theme needs to be decided and then making sure other people are joining in cos nobody wants to be Captain America on their own.
  23. Not long to go now folks. The outline plan at the moment is to run a slightly shorter day on the Friday, with a bit more mileage on the Saturday to get us down to the Spa circuit area, drive past the circuit (but not pull in) and then find somewhere for lunch with a leisurely drive back on the back roads. Sunday might or might not involve the car museum at Brussels, I'm still playing with that bit of the route. I probably wont have time to sort out the fancy dress, if anybody else wants to take on the task of deciding what to wear that will be fine.
