I'm okay with the moaning folks, I released the tickets early and it was a mistake. I learn from these things each year, like last year the cheap hotel was a mistake, the year before the mileage was a touch high, the year before needed a bit more planning than over a laptop after breakfast each day!! I have considered running more events and with a higher price but need to think that through and make sure I have the time along with the other events that I do. Hopefully almost all those who want tickets will get them, but with higher numbers the organisation becomes much harder.

Hence the third batch some time next week!! I think of everything.

If they went up now then all those who are working or away and waiting for the future batch will be pissed off. No easy way to win this, except perhaps doing them closed to my 'around' time!!

The next batch will go up on Saturday (assuming me and Steve can make it happen) and will go on sale at exactly the time I say. Next batch will be 10 tickets followed by a further batch of 10 a few days later. Shouldnt be too many disappointed people, 40 tickets is quite a few!!

Steve had to get them up on the page and check it was working so I said just go with it. There are another 20 tickets still available for the next 2 batches. I will try to make sure they go at the right time next time, but it does rely on me and Steve being available at the right time, and funnily enough we have jobs and families we have to deal with too. There will be more tickets folks. Dont panic.

Insane...all 20 tickets gone in 10 minutes. Going to be some grumpy people when they get on here at 6.30pm and find it sold out. Hope you all got what you wanted!!

Dont forget to book your room at the Ibis for the Saturday night party!! Ollie, Santa Pod were a little vague on why but apparently drifting is not something they are happy with at the moment. Handling circuit yes, drifting no. I will look in to it further but we will have all that car park free so will be using it for something. More than happy to have Sky along with us the same as in previous years.

The first batch of tickets will go on sale the evening of the 14th January. No exact time, it depends when we can get them on the shop and tested before releasing for the rush.

apparently Mrs Turtle can be a little awkward on weekends away, so they usually go for twin.

Wont help in this case, but for 2014 I will be giving the photographers a hard drive and asking them to save everything to that drive for me. The Scooby Matt chap deleted all his stuff after 3 months so even though his pictures are amazing, the high res ones are gone now!! Not sure when Mallo will be back on the scene, hopefully Marc can help.

The chaps from Holland or those just wanting a hotel room we can work out once the first batch of tickets is sold. I have reserved more hotel rooms than eurotunnel tickets so we wont run out of those.

Not sure what time the tickets will go on sale, but I would assume evening time on the 14th as I need Steve to enable them in the shop and we both work during the daytime!! This year I may have to change how the tickets appear in the shop as we have room choices of double room (single occupancy), double room (double occupancy), twin room (double occupancy) all of which includes American breakfast per person So you will probably find a ticket for Eurotunnel + double room (single occupancy) Eurotunnel + double/twin room (double occupancy) and you put in the notes if you want double or twin and then Friday evening buffet ticket (price per person) Saturday evening buffet ticket (price per person) large number 14 stickers (price per sticker) large dragonball 14 oval stickers (price per sticker) (each car gets 2 x small oval stickers and 2 x name stickers for free) Spa Classic is not yet confirmed and tickets for that would be sold later in the shop. So if we take Mr and Mrs Turtleshead as an example, they would buy 1 eurotunnel and double/twin room, 2 x friday buffet and 2 x saturday buffet and then state twin room in the notes If we take Wile Coyote and wife as an example they would buy 1 eurotunnel ticket and double/twin room, 2 x friday buffet, 2 x saturday buffet and then state double room in the notes And if we take me as an example (i usually travel alone) I would buy 1 eurotunnel ticket, 1 double room (single occupancy), 1 x Friday buffet, 1 x saturday buffet Should all make sense once it hits the shop on the 14th. As this is Dragonball14 I thought we should release the first tickets on the 14th Jan!! So set a reminder for that date. The first batch should be about 20 tickets. We have another 20 tickets available after that so dont panic if you miss the first batch, there will be more!!

On the buffet side of things, I'm hoping to have numbers before the event so we can make sure the hotel cater enough. It may be possible to pay on the day but I couldnt guarantee it and I wouldnt want us to run out of food. The hotel is not in a major restaurant area, but it does have a normal restaurant so if people miss the buffet they can order from the menu. We are also only about 10 minutes drive out from Brussels so people can head in to town if they wish.

Price might depend on mileage on the engine and why the car is being parted out, but the engine should sell quite easily.

Im thinking around the second week of January they should be released. It will be a batch of 20 tickets to start with, and then more batches in the weeks that follow so everybody gets a chance to track one down. Keeping numbers around the 40 cars this time.

yes that is per night. I'm trying to get the price down without losing too much off the menu. It does include 1 drink, which with the hotel would be about £5 for a beer so not quite so bad..

Hotel is all booked and confirmed for this now, just working on the price of the buffet for the Friday and Saturday night. When it all goes on sale in the shop then you will be able to buy Eurotunnel ticket hotel room (different price for single occupancy this year) friday night buffet saturday night buffet Price for hotel and eurotunnel should be about £260 depending on exchange rates, buffet should be 25euros per person. Routes are still totally up the in the air until we work out if we are going to the Spa Classic or not.

That doesnt look the best fit in the world, and it will lift on the drivers side due to the poor fitment. I would get aerocatches fitted otherwise it could make a bit of a mess when it comes off. If you look to sell I'm sure there are many on here who would take it, aerocatch it and just accept the fit is a bit squiff. I know I would certainly buy it as it has always been my favourite bonnet.
