Creative's advice has been your best mate. Either wait, the SGS3 launch was pulled which is better than rolling out a duff product, or make sure you pick the phone that will keep you happy for 18 months / 2 years. I did find the SGS2 to be better than the previous Nexus / Google phone when I was shopping around. The absolute fixer for me was the external memory. High quality video and music takes memory and a couple of SD cards comes in handy on holiday / long trips. Couple of owner niggles. 1. Not obvious to everyone how to upgrade the firmware. This led the missus to send her SGS2 back. :)It was freezing and the battery was running out very quickly. Vodafone serviced it, upgraded the firmware and sent it back. Very fast and no freeze. 2. As mentioned, not obvious which apps are running / slowing the phone down, maybe ice cream sandwich will fix that. Non niggles. Endless fun, loads of extras like cases, (I have a casemate barely there black aluminum case on a white SGS2 and it looks fantastic.) 32Gb memory cards are cheap now, there are so many helpful forums if you do hit a snag. And hundreds of other things that I haven't even tried.

You talking about the plastic tabs. If so, some need trimming or loosen the ring in the case off and fit the bulbs then do the ring up.

I thought it might be the levelling issue, didn't know about the washers though. I reckon it would be hard to tell the difference between the new Ring Xenon max +100% bulbs and HIDs though. My MOT man has set my lights up nicely but I reckon it'll be back to bulbs at the end of the year. I got stopped twice for a import sized front plate so HIDS will be an automatic target soon.

Understood dude. Thanks. How come cars can come from the factory with hids? Annoys me the laws that sometime pass. Fitting hits is the 1st thing to do on a Supra. Standard lamps are a joke and dangerous on unlit roads.

Heard hids are going to be an issue for mot this year. Does anyone have exact details? Is it going to be a pattern issue? I have hid dips.
