  1. "[F150] never has, nor ever will be used as the name of a commercially available product - indeed there will definitely not be a production run of single-seaters." Ford claims that Ferrari wants to profit from the recognition it had built up for its F150 truck brand "Ferrari believes that its own contender in the forthcoming F1 championship cannot be confused with other types of commercially available vehicle of any sort whatsoever, nor can it give the impression that there is a link to another brand of road-going vehicle." Made chuckle.
  2. Nice one. Hope he enjoys himself driving it. Word of warning. Make sure the tailgate stays up when opened. Would hate to hear about your dad having been knocked out when it came down on his head. Veilside spoilers are heavy.
  3. Glad you like it mate. About 500,000 One of only 17 cars you can race prep in the auto garage. Mental ain't it. Don't need it back mate. Still got it. The beauty of saving it to a flash drive. I just reloaded the save after I gave it to you. You can win "Like the wind" with it but the oval track is hard. Easier to wait 'til you get a formula GT.
  4. Nice car Josh. Good luck. By the way, the way you've photographed it makes your Supra look like a half size kit.
  5. I'm a fan of both. Sometimes the spoiler can look ostentatious, other times it just suits so well. Not long ago some members were posting that they were indeed getting a squirrely, unsettled feel at the back when spoilerless and I've read that the spoiler starts having a real effect at post 120 mph. Looking at ADD's car I like the lack of spoiler again. Lovely car ADD.
  6. Very well done indeed Jamie. A real credit to you and the people who helped.
  7. 100k would be my max.although I know they do vast mileage. It's the figure that was drummed into me. Fortunately mine only has 48k
  8. Hopefully I'll be getting me eyes done soon. Swear I saw them at over 400 each last time I looked.
  9. Cracked up. I'll get the supplies and yes mate looking at your work I'd be interested. One thing, two actually car's jspec and I have the fog light conversion so is this a straight in out? Crap at lecky stuff too.
  10. Cheers mate. All this stuff available from your local Halfrauds? I've got Si's LED sidelights so I'm going to give them the first go.
  11. Very nice. Crackin' job. There's generally not so much info for rear lights. What products did you use Scott? Method? I hate bodywork stuff I'm a tad heavy handed. Also do you know of the LED's mentioned above? Cheers Scott
  12. Sad day indeed . A giveaway price for a well sorted car imo. Good luck with it Jamie.
  13. As above but search for headlight refurbishment. Meguairs PlastX finishes 'em off nicely. £800 + for new facelift lights and about half that for UK glass jobs.

    My poor missus

Wishing everyone the best and a speedy recovery.
  15. Shameless plug. Like it. On topic: Experience day Ferrari 360 and the single seater Martini formula car with no synchro
  16. How is the 'vette Matt? I am so glad I back these long games up. Would hate to have to do all this again and I've invested no time in B spec yet.
  17. I know several taxi drivers who have switched to petrol recently. Won't be long 'til the Gov catches on.

    Broadband Speed

Cheers for the effort mate. Been there before and couldn't get the service ID. Emailed them and everything. Nothing. That's about it isn't it Scott. You see the other countries with these speeds as standard and for our kinda money but I think the Corporations, Uni's pay for T1 or some such and get the speed. I looked at it all when I first got BB and thought "OK it'll get better" It hasn't and I just believe BT to be a rip off now. Even the new Infinity service hasn't a hope compared to VM. I pay 28 quid a month VM is 35 notes but if I get rid of the BT landline and bung it in with VM I'm saving. Same number too.
