  1. Amen to that... i tried to take a photo of it, EPIC FAIL - it moved too fast
  2. Sounds like the first (and last) time i tried roller blading.... put had out to break fall... Wrist swelled up, i had 4/5 compound fractures in my wrist - best get it x-ray'd to find out, if you leave it you'll suffer later on.
  3. Anyone got a spare standard bonnet in silver? I want to "renovate" my Abflug copy one and need something to cover my engine in the mean time! Near Wiltshire or ability to post would be beneficial!
  4. Avoid them, their name is some sort of highly amusing joke.. they are far from fast in any respect. I know of many people who have used them, ive moved most of their sites for them onto other hosts. A forum i used to run was hacked on them, they blamed me for it saying i must have lax security - only to send an email out to all their customers a week later saying they had been hacked and lots of passwords stollen!! Outages were daily... Im currently using heartinternet.co.uk for a few sites and havent had one site outage since i moved (about a year ago) compared to daily with FH.
  5. Standard looking one may have been mine

    Indoor Cats

bit of a tangent, but like this (after i ran him over - he was not amused looking like a poddle)
  7. The opening was painfully boring.... hours of people walking slowly round a track, someone speaking in chinese, some fire (which was cool enough) The BBC just used it as an excuse to point out which countries china had good/bad/indifferent relationships with, which at this point had absolutely sweet FA to do with the games, so a cheap shot. "and heres Zimbabwe, who china supply arms to" - what has that got to do with Athletics?!
  8. The same type of person who replies to "hi im xxxx and have £1,000,000,000,000,000 in reserve for you in a bank in south africa" I blame health and safety, without it these people would'nt have made it past puberty - give natural selection a chance!
  9. He is now my personal hero... he needs to be over here doing training courses. Ours would have apologised, polished the kids skate board and given him a lift somewhere
  10. LFA does look nice, some picatures of said beasty from the motorshow last weekend... http://www.asdesignsweb.co.uk/photos/albums/motor%20show%202008%20web/normal__MG_3484.jpg http://www.asdesignsweb.co.uk/photos/albums/motor%20show%202008%20web/normal__MG_3477.jpg
  11. FFFFFFFFFFFF****** I read that twice trying to find that... long day. 80ks not bad, just the gear stick has no sideways movement Their are some wildly over enthusiastic power quotes for SX mods... that they seldom get, my last one should have been 270 but was about 230 tops lol. Good honest sideways fun though!
  12. if OOOOONLY it was a manual... id have considered a swap with the supra.... Whats the milage for any prospective buyers?
  13. i only went back to the campsite with them on... changed them before the Tesco run

i think shows like this are going to become a thing of the past - mainly due to the flipping idiots who attend and ruin what COULD be a good show. It only takes a couple of them to ruin the whole thing Shows like JAE are far far far better, for starters they FILL places like EESG so theirs plenty to see (show ground are 1/4 full tops this weekend!), and its all owners clubs who are there for the show, not to try and proove they are hard by spinning the wheels of their saxo up - on grass *slow sarcastic appluase* Wish id taken my bow
  15. I SO saw you - or be it from a distance Noone will have seen my car we were in the back end of no where, facing the wrong way - even though i had my MK4 plate on

Well - i shan't be going there again!!! What an absolute shambles, the organization was pants, very little to see and the drunk chavs belting around in their cars in the evening was simply dangerous - and security would do nothing. We were there as a small club, with some children, so we left early Saturday through fear of getting our tents flattened/killed (which had happened earlier in the day - luckily no one was in the tent) So to sum up - if your thinking of going next year - don't, unless your 17 and own a saxo with a few stick on bits. Save your self some money!

Well with both myself and GF in my supra, and a gazebo, bbq, food, tent etc etc, i dont think ill have room for the supra seats let alone any extra Shame i dont have a supra t-shirt, someone might recognise me then!
  18. I bought a Wacom Bamboo fun (A5) On one screen - its fabulous and id recommend it to anyone. They are supposted to be around £70, but pc world mis-labeld it on the shelf so mine was £35 Might look at an A4 wide one, should cope better with my 3000 odd pixel wide desktop!
  19. Hmmm think mine might be too much of a cheap one to have the mapping option, its only a bamboo fun bought for testing:eyebrows: What model is yours? The wacom wide ones look quite good, although the A3 ones best part of £500

I shall be there.... Its an astoundingly good excuse to get drunk in a field with your mates Ill try to remember my supra owners number plate so you can recognize me
  21. They feel odd to begin with, like all things i suppose, but after a while my mouse felt like a primeval rock Will have to give it a go with Maya/Catia and see how it goes, see if it can replace the space ball Apparently you can specify the area you use, according to an email i got from wacom today, not entirly clear how one does this though! Research needed...
  22. Bit of a longshot, but you never know..... I'm a graphic designer by trade, and have finally got myself a graphics tablet, which is a godsend when using photoshop etc. It works well with both my laptops, wide and normal screen. Decided to trial it at work, so i could convince my boss to buy me an expensive one - problem is i use three screens, and the tablet maps to all three (quite rightly as that's my desktop), so i have a screen like this: |======| and a tablet like this |==|, which makes it very twitchy left to right and you cant really use it to draw, as everything comes out stretched width wise. Has anyone got any experience with these gadgets and have any ideas if there are any out there you can "map"? Any advise greatfully accepted
  23. Weather was nice last year, so it will be tosh this year, it goes in yearly cycles! If it rains and you can stick it out it does make for some more interesting track action though
  24. That is quite aggrivating..... having to click the X to close a picture you've accidently opened, nearly as annoying as flash adverts on websites - burn iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit
