  1. I think it will be my number (dont know what yet)
  2. seen as the posts need to go up abit il ask this here instead of in the chat section but you dont need to answer. Anyway here goes Has anyone used the Miami GT front mount intercooler? Im thinking of changing my dodgy stocker but dont know whethet to replace it with a SMIC or a nice FMIC. Oh and is it a 2 row or a 3? I know I could use the 'search' but it might help with post numbers, well 1 extra so far
  3. LOL, I think there is a meet on a sunday once a month but Iv never been because I work ALL sundays so no:( but I too would love too go to some meets. I too havnt seen many supras about in this area apart from the last week. Iv seen 2 silver ones a black one and a red one, no white ones unfortunatly but that was just going to and from work. Where in Newcastle do you visit? I live in Westerhope if you know it.
  4. Damn!! Iv just bought some off ebay. They cost me £8 but never mind. Where abouts in the North East you from? And what colour is your car? Iv seen a few soops lately and it might have been you.
  5. hi guys, Iv had these lying about for a little while and thought I put them on here to see if there is any interest, Iv got a set of standard rear lights, with bulb units and bulbs for a mk4-5 ford fiests in v.good condition £40+p&p Iv also got a set of standard rear lights off a MG ZS hatchback, these will also fit a rover 45 in excellent condition £40+p&p. And finaly some suspension springs off a MG ZS 1.8 5door hatchback 2003 model £40+p&p Heres some pics aswel.
  6. Hi guys, Iv got a brand new 2.5" stainless steel second decat pipe for sale. Its for a j-spec so doesnt have the hole for the second O2 sensor (I think thats what the hole is for). Anyway heres some pics aswell. Im looking for £70+p&p please
  7. oh just too help carlos, I upgraded my fuel pump to a walbro. Like pete said the stock one does work but people tend to upgrade as a safety thing rather than a necessity (well thats what I read on here anyway)
  8. just reading through the posts again and on a similar question to Carlos's post can you run 1.2 bar safely with a performance exhaust and first decat? (leaving the second cat in) I know one guy has been running 1.4 bar with hybrids on this setup but would the hybrids make any difference to the EGT's? Just thought I would ask as it seems relevent to this thread. I have a Nur spec R and a 2.5" first decat pipe and my boost kept creeping to 18psi before fuel cut. I put a rr in and a thor FCD and spend many attempts fileing the rr out (what a pain in the arse that was:( ) to get a nice steady 15psi but I was also going to buy an EBC to raise boost to 1.2bar (Il not convert that to psi this time ) will the EGT's be ok? I figure if the second cat cant control the boost (as in it alows boost creep to above 18psi) than it cant be too much of a restriction can it
  9. LOL, looks like 1 bar could be many things when converted to psi but it's somewhere around the 14.5 mark anyway. (according to the calculator and jamie's table)
  10. according to Mr Calculator it is exactly 14.5038 psi to 1bar
  11. 14.5 psi = 1bar heres a conversion table http://freespace.virgin.net/wiltec.systems/menu05/boost.htm and hers a conversion calculator http://www.centauro-owners.com/articles/psibar.html I dont think EGT's go too high with just the second cat left in. I met a guy with hybrids who runs 1.4 bar with cthe stock second cat left in place, He did say he normally drives with it at 1.1bar (controlled with an EBC) but he had no problems
  12. hi there, I seen a silver soop with a vailside spoiler in kingston park today (17/02/07) at about 5pm, I was in my silver supra but my fiance was driving. Just wondering if it was anyone on here.
  13. The same happened to me, well my other half. She came to see me at work and pulled up in the soop. The car park was quite busy and when she got out 3 numptees in a 1.2 corsa said to her, 'Do you want me to teach you how to drive that' and started laughing at her. She just laughed back and said no. But what idiots, they probably couldnt handle there poo vehicle as it is and were just jelious seeing a girl driving a car like that. They all deserve there tounges ripped out coz she was quite annoyed by it.
  14. seen a silver soop heading North on the A1 today (15th feb 07 at about 4pm ish), I flashed you from behind and you gave me the thumbs up when I was along beside you. I was in my silver soop with my Fiance. Just seeing if it is anyone on here.

  16. yeah I would also like to know which material would be best from an acoustic point of view. I would think it would be MDF as thats what all sub boxes are made from (although that might be due to MDF being cheaper) Anyway brilliant work Sheefa, not many would go out of there way to do something like this, WELL DONE and thanks.
  17. thanks paul. Ithink it may be best to go for a EBC everyone knows works so the Greaddy it is. Are they easy to install and set up yourself? Im just asking coz the instructions are probably going to be in jap. Thanks
  18. Thanks guys, I like the look of the one in the first link at £140. the price is good, it holds hi and low settings and has a built in turbo timer (from what I read) which would save buying one seperatly, it also looks nice aswel. The only thing im not sure about is if its a good unit or a cheapo ebay thing that wont work very well. I know the G-ready unit is a safe bet and not too expensive, it will suit my needs but I like the cheaper one. Are these hard to install?
