  1. Wimps, lets all meet at Dorking and do the whole thingy.
  2. Hi Ruud, nice car you got there, you're only 20 and you managed to get insurance for your car, that's good, and welcome to THE club.
  3. Hi Micky, you will get addicted, I'm sure of that, I live down on the coast of Hampshire near Fareham. Have you had a look on the "Supra chat" section at a thread to do with a road trip for the south coast Supras, starting in Dorking, then Brighton, Eastbourne, and then home, cost a few bob in petrol but it's always good fun. I've just looked up the header for the thread, it's "Sunday 31st Oct - Fitz Event - The Finale" Welcome to the club, enjoy.
  4. Hi Yaroslav, and welcome to the club, keep an eye on our club events for next year there should be some realy good ones as it is a special anniversary year.
  5. Hope the weather is going to be like this in two weeks time, it's glorious here down on the Solent.
  6. Hi Paul. Sorry to hear about all your hastle, I'm still going, do you want a lift? you know you don't want to miss this.
  7. Hi Adrian. I have only just seen this thread, I had the same problem, when people talk about the Exhaust Gas control Valve it can be a bit confusing because even if this valve can be working the actuator, (low down, under the turbos slightly nearer to number 2 turbo) may not. My symptems matched yours pretty much, except, is there a noticable increase in air movement sound, a louder sucking/wushing sound when you tried to go faster? My problem was sorted by fitting a second hand actuator, hate to say it but a major job, so I hope it isn't this.
  8. Hi Kingaby, you can not get a Haynes manual for the supra, if you're lucky you can get a full set of workshop manuals, have a search on the "for sale section" on here because they do come up second hand. If you have a modicome of machanical skills they are very handy to have, and will help you a lot if you want to do some of your own work.
  9. OFF THE ROAD TILL NEXT SUMMER!!!!. How can you not drive it for sooo long Brett, keep it up till the end of Oct then it can go hibernate.
  10. I would say that a 1996 UK auto, with average everything, in the present climate, between 6,500 and 8,500, I know thats a bit vague but there are a lot of things to take into consideration.
  11. Nevins, just to keep you informed, I'm only spectating and I am driving there stright from hol's and wont be getting there till about 13.00
  12. Paul I'll be in touch nearer the time to arrange spot and time, it's normally not to early.
  13. Hi Paul, I usually go up the A3M to Giuldford then across to Dorking, (thats where the start is) and then do the whole day, its a bit of a drive and will cost a few Kahoonas, but its well worth it. We could always start a south Hants meet and mini convoy up, maybe from the Hilton at the A27/Eastern rd junction Portsmouth.
  14. Bobby in what a great vid Scott, that should get everyone to come along. 1. Fitz 2. scottc998 3. SmallShinyAnt (Awaiting confirmation) 4. BOB B
  15. cr turbos T&T too, good job, good service, pretty good price.
  16. The europeans are buying up all the good UK TTs, if you look at the classified section you'll see them, one has gone very recently on there.
  17. Hi mate, I bought both these vent hoses a while back from Mr T (there is one for each cam cover), the numbers are T 12263-46010 and T12264-46010, don't know which is which though, they cost £15.75 for both. Hope this helps.
  18. Paul, make sure you line them up correctly first, put some marks on first or something, once on you won't get them off without ruining them. I just cleaned the spot off, got them lined up, then stuck them down, this was about three years ago still good.
  19. Hi Paul. Nice looking Aero, and welcome to the club, this is the place to be for an owner, spend quite a while looking through all the threads, there is so much info on here, hope to see you on some of the meets. If you look in Supra chat there is a thread called "Fitzs event partIII" or something similler, they are always a good day out, cost a few bob in petrol but well worth it. I'm from Stubbington, Fareham by the way.
