AEM EMS (NA Version), 3.5bar map sensor + IAT All Brand New
sdavies posted a topic in Parts for Sale
All parts brand spanking new, never installed (boxes only opened to peek inside). This is the NA version of the EMS, no idea what the differences are between the NA/TT version, but I should imagine it is the ability to plug n play with no wiring faff (plugs and looms are different?) - the rest of the features are the same. Purchased to do an NA/T conversion - now have other plans! (finally). Application I would guess; ideally suited for an NA-T project As mentioned, price includes AEM EMS, AEM 3.5bar MAP sensor & AEM AIT (Air intake temp) sensor. Can sort out pick-up or postage depending on circumstances. I can take photos tomorrow for those that like to look at pretty boxes and stuff Blurb from AEM site: Plug & Play Engine Management Systems AEM's Plug & Play Engine Management System (EMS) plugs directly into a vehicle's factory ECU harness and requires no additional wiring or hardware. Windows™ compatible software (2000, XP, NT, 98, 95, ME) makes the task of copying, viewing and manipulating data as simple as a click of the mouse. An integrated tuning wizard allows users to create a base map specifically for a car’s configuration, regardless of what type of injectors, sensors, coils or other changes have been made. The AEM EMS's infinitely adjustable software allows tuners to program virtually any combination of engine control, power adders and auxiliary devices, and accurately delivers proper amounts of fuel and correct ignition timing for any boost level or operating condition. Update: Split prices Individual parts (delivered prices): AEM EMS : £850 AIT Sensor: £27 3.5 bar MAP: £85 -

The age old assumption that all autos are slow Usually the symptom of someone that has never been in an Auto Supra.

Aye sounds like it is on the Panasonic Auto (I have a similar model), I can confirm that sticking it on 16:9 or Cinema as previously stated will work. Damned TV trying to be too smart (usually watching something that has lots of dark edges really confuses it). Edit: It is the "Aspect" button on the top left of my control here I press a few times to get the aspect desired (square with four small arrows two on the horizontal, two on the vertical).

I recommend watching the program at very least

Atlantis on Paradise Island is an awesome place. Stayed in the Royal towers (got bumped to a suite too for some reason - wasn't arguing). Food and drink is very expensive there as they have to import absolutely everything (well that was the excuse ). Nassau was interesting. Lots to do there, went on a speed boat trip to Saddle Back Cay which was way cool, snorkeling off a reef and feeding the sharks (from a safe place ). Picture perfect unspoilt epmty beaches to gorp at - and a walk across a sand bar in the middle of the ocean - which is quite freaky. Big casino there (if that is your bag). If you do visit the Casino, go to Apollo bar and ask for a Jackpot Burger Interesting massive aquarium place there (one part of it they call the Dig). Regular feedings of the various sea creatures around the park. Predator lagoon and the big water slide of note Check it out on google earth, tons of peoples photos uploaded around that spot (some my other half put there).

Finally, a program that put my point across. Every time I have tried in the past to explain to folk why I think the current "environmental models" that are used over and over again (almost to the point of becoming religious dogma) are inadequate and are derived from over simplified, cherry picked principles glossing over large assumptions, ignoring huge external purturbations (this has been sticking in my craw for some time, as the scientist in me was weeping at all the sensationalised bull that is repeatedly recycled). I have to admit I seemed to be frowned upon for my "outrageous" views that the popular "science" has us all causing the next ice age prematurely was in fact a load of crap. Shame that a lot of the "theories" are being so well believed in some areas that it is creeping into real curriculum material and passed off as proven theories based on fully functioning environmental models (* cough * bullshit * cough *). Hahaha, oops waiting to get stoned!

Yeah for the price of a UK brake setup you could have had both a Return of the Jedi Han Solo and an early Chewbacca man!!!

Silly IMO. Wonder if they will make me surrender my ornamental ones (they aren't sharp and if you brought them to bare with any force would likely snap at the handle lol - I was made to sign a register when I bought them though!). Hmm... they would poke pretty well I guess If a nutter hasn't got a sword to hand to go out on a maiming rampage, then they will find something else nasty to go on a rampage with (plank of wood with some nails banged into it? Kitchen knife? Garden Sheers? Scythe? A big metal pole? Stanley Knife?). People have been maimed and killed with screwdrivers and car/house keys. Do you ban them? I wonder how many people have died to being twatted on the back of the head with a house brick!? Knee jerk nanny state. Of course anybody that has been on the wrong end of one will have other words to say about it (I guess that would colour anyones opinions). In all fairness you should have to be a member of some form of martial arts club or be a registered collector, and have the same amount of screening that people who own shotguns get before you are allowed. Didn't help with gun crime one iota when the powers at be started banning legitimate owners from having hand guns - clueless - its not the legal/legit ones causing the problems - hopeless legislation.

Depends... if you are technically able enough to remove your carpets in the first place then it is a no-brainer Other than that if you are no good with shizz, and removing car trim + seats are not your cup-o-tea then get someone else to do it at a price, but you will find it is more than £150 at the end of it Going to do mine shortly. I just know I am going to look like the B&W Minstrals tribute band afterwards

I guess Darwinian theories may enforce themselves here then But on the more serious side, tell him to stop abusing himself! Can't really be *that* bright Doing the gene pool a favour! (We've all done silly things mind you - esp when drinking). Next time he gets into that state - get a pair of bricks and slam them together on his nadgers, at least it will stop him breeding Silly sod. Hope he hasn't really done himself any serious damage - maybe you should scare him into how close to death he came?!?! If none of the above help, maybe he should consider a new career prospect with Dirty Sanchez!!
-
LOL, say whatever he likes, they have seen/heard it all No matter how plausible his story may be they will still look at him funny (not like he is explaining how he got a light bulb up his @ss now is it? ) That aside, it doesn't matter what reason you have whatever problem - the folks will not treat you any different (they may chuckle about it at a later time, but hey, small price to pay ) - it's all still pretty anonymous regardless of the issues. Best to get it looked at.

TBH, that is pretty silly I don't believe immediately life threatening would be funny explaining that down ER though - should reeeallllly get those out to be honest, but drunken fumblings of a surgical nature are not recommended in most cases! (probably a trip to ER in the morning may be useful) The graphite should pose no real issue IMO except whatever nasties may have gotten into any lesions he may have produced while inserting said foreign objects...
