1st post editted to add pictures and a few more bits I found :edit: FOund some more details - the bottles I have have the older style valve assembly - but the new ones go for £210 EACH! http://www.noswizard.com/product_info.php?cPath=4&products_id=84 RRP of some bits: Microswitch (full throttle switch) £12, TPS activation switch (http://www.noswizard.com/product_info.php?cPath=5&products_id=10) £39, big gay red switch £10, Minimax £259, Fuel pulsoid £110, Nitrous pulsoid £145. So if you bought all these seperate, including T-pieces etc., it'd cost you in excess of £1k I'm looking for offers ITRO £300 collected.

I think I'd put it back where I found it . . .

I was pootling along the other day behind an Evo, minding my own business in 30mph zone. As soon as he saw me he put his foot down and screamed off - must have been at least 70 through the 30 zone - weaving in and out of oncoming traffic. Twat.

Internation Bank Account Number or something like that. Your bank should be able to give it to you (it's usually a code in front of your sort code then account number, or at least it is with HSBC)

Don't see why not, surely it's just a matter of pipework to fit?

Slight thread resurrection, but I've just been quoted very happy by Sam - definitely going to get done early next year!

The thing that worries me is that the 1stcat is still in - but nothing seems to be overheating at least. Cheers mate, I'll bear you in mind

Take a pack of Stella into work with you, kick back with your feet on the table, light up a big reefer then go shag the secretary

Thinking of selling this now to fund some mods / repair work that'll no doubt crop up very shortly. I'll get pics of the bits up tonight. I originally bought the kit 2nd hand for my old Celica, but sold that shortly after. I was intending to use it the soop, but I'd rather spend the money on getting her running perfectly first. The bits: 2x 5Ib polished bottles with valves, both mostly empty. 1x fuel solenoid (pulsoid) 1x nitrous solenoid (pulsoid) 1x Minimax progressive controller (earlier model) Some fittings and hose, though probably not enough for a Supra install. 1x fuel T-piece take-off 1x nitrous line T-piece 1x full throttle switch 1x rpm window switch (I think!) 1x big red nitrous switch 2x bottle brackets The pulsoids are currently set up with jets for roughly 75bhp. You will need to buy jets for 25 and then 50 to build up to the 75 (if that's your target). Jets are cheap from the WON website. You will also need a new injector (£45 from WON) - I sent mine away to WON for flow testing and it failed so it got binned. Hose and fittings can all be bought from the WON website's online shop. The bottle have a few scratches on them, but a repolish and relaquer should get most of them out. Wizards of Nos kits are some of the best and most reliable kits on the market, and the forum on their website offers a huge expanse of knowledge, with Trevor (aka the Wizard of Nos) posting regularly. I'm open to sensible offers, but prefer collection cos the bottles would be a pain in the arse to send!

Got in there first Paul - Nic must be slipping!

Playing off 8 is impressive! I'm still learning, and haven't even got a handicap yet (apart from being shite!) :edit: That reminds me, I've got my first proper golf lesson tonight!

WOuld't have thought so, as the first turbo is still boosting - just not as easily as before. I'm going to take a good look this evening, take out the air box etc.; zed's thread from earlier (I found it! ) seems very similar to mine, so I'll try there first.
-
Yep, J-spec. Unfortunately the previous owner put the bonnet vent on. There's no hole either, but I can't take it off cos he used what seems like superglue Thanks for the comments guys, I'll go search for the ebv doodah

TV now sold. I also have a coffee table in a similar style to the corner unit if anyone's interested.

Got the new exhaust fitted today, and loved it to bits. The car felt a hell of a lot more responsive and pulled quite a bit harder too - all in all happy days. That was until this afternoon when, giving it some beans of a roundabout, there was a faint fluttery / tinkley sound and no boost at all after 4k - the boost gausge just sits at 0. Whenever the engine hits 4k revs or there-abouts, there's a faint fluttery sound and a complete drop off in all boost, but no smoke. The first turbo still boosts but seems to be struggling a bit, coming in later and not generating boost as quick. The engine is completely stock, standard airbox though god only knows what the previous owner did with it - previously had a Blitz SUS kit on. I've had a quick look at the EGCV VSV and actuator but all the hoses seem okay, as do the hoses throughout the engine bay. The bay is still too warm to be prodding around in right now! So please help guys, you all have much more technical knowledge about Supras than me. I hope the turbo hasn't died, otherwise she'll have to be SORNd til after xmas, as we're still saving for our December honeymoon :edit: thought I'd change the thread title

Copped a feel of ones tits when I was in Bangkok. Couldn't tell until I noticed the adam's apple and the voice - sounded like Arnie FFS! Still, nice tits. They must have some bloody good plastic surgeons in Thailand

At last! I'm ever so happy now, the abortion of an old 'custom' exhaust has been ripped off (not mine I hasten to add, the previous owners wonderful thinking) and the HKS Silent Hi-power is on along with the 3" 2nd decat Many thanks to Ro (Kopite) for the exhaust and Chris Wilson for the gaskets and bolts. Cost £30 for fitting down at the local exhaust place, not bad for a Sunday morning. I tried it on my drive but my poxy little jack couldn't get me enough space to get the bolts off the first cat It'c also nice to note HKS's sense of irony. Silent it is bloody well not! Some piccies attached of the old one - didn't measure the pipe but was either 2" or 2.5", I think it uses standard silencers with a @Blitz' logod pipe badly welded on the end. Enjoy

Brand new, still in the box. I bought these from MkivStore when they started up, in case I needed to take the head off to replace the stem seals (which was the original plan). I ended up doing the stem seals according to TLicense's guide on here, and sure as hell won't be taking the head off anytime soon Still in the box, with packing, assembly lube, all nuts and washers, sticker and instructions. £85 + p&p ono, Paypal preferred (+4%)
