I moved my pressure sender from the sandwich plate into a lexus bolt because of high readings, similar to yours, reads quite normal now,(touches wood).

These can be a pig if there siezed in there, normally a good squirt with some penatrating lube and a small drift they should move, or try gripping them in the middle with mole grips so you can twist them.

If youve got a stock bumper its easy, i have a template somewhere made out of cardboard so you dont have to rip the bumper off, let me know if you want it, diy

Did you spray all the nuts and bolts on the old exhaust with WD40 and got it all over the tyres?

Hi mike, are the pistons moving freely in the caliper?if 1 was sticking this would cause uneven pad wear, other than that strange 1 m8. -
