  1. Yep - exactly right Marc. There 'could' be issues in the future with fading but this would just be the lacquer and they've been finished with a few coats of scratch and UV resistant lacquer by a local bodyshop, so should have a number of years use in them. Pleased you're happy with them Jazz. To those that have asked about price, these would be going for £200 a pair on an exchange basis.
  2. They're next on my to-do list bud and you did tell me to concentrate on these first in fairness
  3. Just finished off skinning a set of door handles for Jazz and promised him I'd post some pics. As usual it is very difficult to capture the carbon finish particularly well under artificial lighting, but its been lashing down with rain for sometime now so no chance of decent outdoor photos!! These have been quite a ball-ache to do and have taken me quite a while as I've just been dipping in and out doing little bits here and there. Big "Thanks" on that score to Jazz for not hassling me at all over the time its taken - top bloke, cheers! Just need to get them re-assembled properly now. Will drop you a PM once done bud.
  4. If u can't get off work Joe we'll head down to Brew Dog for a natter at some point - assuming that's still your spot?
  5. Me too. Plan is: 5.30-6pm Meet in The Goose in the Garden pub on Percy Street. 6pm - move over to Kingdom buffet venue (comes highly recommended with something for everyone) After that we'll hit the town for a few bevvies. Get you name here if your still coming so we know who to wait for: 1. Stevo 2. Jonny 3. Hodge
  6. I think a set of Sparco Torrino or the Cobra Misano Lux would look great or there are some RS4 look a likes from Corbeau. http://www.sportseats4u.co.uk/sparco-r505-torino-racing-seat/prod_509.html http://www.sportseats4u.co.uk/cobra-misano-lux-sport-seat/prod_544.html http://www.sportseats4u.co.uk/corbeau-rrs-sports-road-seat/prod_1124.html

    Black carpet

I used the Valeters Pride stuff too and didn't have any problems with bleeding. Did you spray it on in a few light coats or soak the carpet in dye?
  8. Nah, I didn't get round to it Marc. Sorry. I'll have another crack this weekend as to be honest when I get in from work, the last thing I feel like doing is turning on the computer.
  9. Awesome work as usual Rob. I'm interested in maybe starting to learn a bit of polishing, think I'll drop you a PM if that's ok?
  10. Here was me thinking he ate diffs for breakfast....
  11. What about any of the TRD ones listed here on the TRD site? Should fit on a Supra providing the shift lever is M12 x 1.25 metric, but I don't know if it is or not... http://www.toyotaracing.com/trd/parts_catalog/accessories/its_about_the_details_overview.html
  12. Glad you got the full set you were after at last mate. if you're planning a trip to Jurgens keep in mind the North East Xmas night out in Toon is 22nd December - more than welcome to tag along and watch Hodge eat. It's like being on set of Man Vs Food lol.
  13. Inferno's final set of pics can be seen here but they don't show the awesome attention to detail carried throughout the build: http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?220866-My-Supra-Restored-and-Built-from-the-Ground-Up&p=2941072#post2941072
  14. Non-metallic from me too. Gives a far better 'wet' look when polished up with a nice gloss
  15. Sorry not got time to add pics of each whilst at work, but my faves are: 1. Inferno's 2. Hodge's 3. Ibrar's 4. Mplavery 5. Pjavon 6. Bossco 7. Westy882
  16. Providing your fuse box isn't already there...
  17. But it's not finished yet laddie - will look mint once I'm done, just being open and honest lol.
  18. Yep, I did all the removal of the rubbery coating, sanded then primed the panels then passed them to my kid brother who is a painter.
  19. Cracking stuff. Have been working on your second Veilside mirror this week - its a mess
  20. Will post some up when I get home from work tonight mate.
  21. I feel the same way about wanting to keep the stock look. Had mine sprayed in a matt black with a matt lacquer and it is pretty durable as well as being nice and easy to just wipe over when cleaning.
