The Supra has been a dream car of mine for some time and since my mate Mark got one about a week ago I have become totally obsessed with getting one.

Mark came round today and we went for a spin and stopped at a garage to fill up with V-Max. While Mark was filling, I was watching peoples reactions to the car. Marks car is NICELY modified, with just a few cosmetic mods such as wheels n front splitter and it looks great!!!

Some guy came out and nearly walked into a car cuz he was straring so much at Mark's car.....ok......my point is.

Supras are great looking, and you DO NOT need to go extreme to get attention with them.

That FMIC is dangerous, does not work as well and just doesn't look right, I'm sorry.

Plus, if you touch anyone with a tow bar, you are FUBAR.

I love listening to people who have just found new love for our cars, I so wish I could do it all over again, so exciting :D Get saving lad, steel, borrow, and get yourself a Supra.

Fubar for rear ending a tow bar, thats the last of his worries. As Clarkey said, give it year and ten quid that IC will be near knackard. I have to only look at what stone chips my bomex picks up over a year, that IC wont last 5 minutes.

Unfortunately, God did not grace me with this "saving money" system that many have been lucky enough to have programmed into their brains.

However, foolish banks will lend me money and I have every intention if getting a Supra soon ;)

Well, may I take you back to my other option of steeling it then, even if it is from a foolish bank, mwhahahahaha...... ;)

Just got onto this post, admire your guts but hell, change it back that looks S**T

Please dont try and bring the supra down to all them silly corsa and saxo's with stupid mods on them.

The Supra is a special car and needs to be treated special, if your car had a mind of its own, i think it would head for the nearest tree - lol

i think it looks good.its good to see people trying new things to move the performance envelope on.it is practical as you could run different sizes for different events when you dont need a 5" intercooler you could run a small one like this guy has.dont need to keep calling out mechanic to swop cores.

also its nothing new.dont you remember the supras in aus doing that course thing on dusty tracks. after you been on dusty track you could drive home and get dyson with extension and brush attatchment and suck all dust and small stones out of core.

truly brilliant

heres a couple of my new exhaust system im making up.just trying something different.was thinking of adding a flamer kit for shows.

as a veteran on the site i will be interested to see if you get flamed like the noob did, probably not, i like to change things on my car to try to make things better/more efficient i dont see how an unducted fmic or a tortuous routing of an exhaust does that, each to there own i suppose

I reckon so :p

He has to be, I know Mark has had some strange mods in the past like his in car tea making services, but something aint ringing true........and thats a grey Supra which means it has to be post 96, Im sure Marks is older then that......and Silver........ ;)

I say wind up.... :D

i thought i would try something different.i dont care if people dont like.i think when single fitted and i heat wrap exhaust it will keep heat in exhaust and sould get some serious flamage.just a bit worried if it will melt rear spoiler so may have to get some heat proof tape for spoiler from B&Q.going for a rear mounted cam too.cars going through a home respray too.just need more practice.

i want to try emulate the JCCTC look.need to work out where i will install small fuel cell and nos and battery in boot.

i dont mind been flamed for my different path

but think on if u get to close i will do some serious flamage to tailgaters

Mark, now have said your going for the JCCTC look I can see what your on about, but hope you can finish the end of the tail pipes a little more instead of the way they are at the moment.....

So no tea install in this one then ?

You do what you like Mark .. but then it begs the question - what is the image of the Supra Ownership turning into ?

I've seen it on Corsa's.

My car spits/licks flame out the BL at WOT & high boost - without a flamage kit. It pops at low RPM when changing gear (sometimes not even on boost) like a whore going at it - 10 to the dozen. Flamage looks good - but just through normal exhaust pipe.

no moved tea install to escort 1.6 16 valve eco tec warrior beast.

i need to work out best way for flames to direct them if i can.might end up going with the twin injector flamer kit, would be cool shooting 10 foot flames out of back on them pesky leather clad biker boys from mars.

got a naughty mod for when you get cut up by carless drivers.i will get some ink and brake fluid squirters to spray them at flick of a switch to teach them a bit of a lesson not to mess.

well got a bit carried away with ink and brake fluid lol

but suppose its all just down to fuelling really though aint it ?

Yes, When changing gear - I can usually always make my car pop and bang - when changing gear at 3500 RPM .. whether it's on boost or not.

Ask Hogmaw - what he saw out the back of my car when he was following me - on the way back from the Karting meet :)

My AFR's go to 12's for a split second - when changing gear on cruise. Then very quickly go to back to 14's - 15's. This all happens in the space of about 1 second.

Air Fuel Ratio. The lower the number - the richer the mixture. 14's & 15's on cruise. 11's on WOT. And numbers between 14's/15's & 11's .. when on .. boost like .. 0.3 or say 0.6 bar but say at 40 or 50% throttle.

I'm measuring them with a AEM AFR Gauge & Wideband O2 sensor.
