These have a whiff of classic from day one about them! lot's of deserved hype it seems, I think it would make me a hooligan again though!

Definitely, a real last of a generation for me.  I'm just going to be an old woman in 30 years time with a herd of classic Toyota cars instead of cats (damn got them too....)

I'll be well chuffed to still be alive in 30 years!  Seems a long time ago now those Fairmile meets of old. Glad Toyota finally brought out something that pushed yours and Keith's buttons!

:D it's been a few years that's for certain, I'll have had mine 19 years this year which feels ridiculous.   I miss those meets.  Maybe the little GR will ignite that kind of fun again, instead of constantly thinking I need to be careful and preserve the Supes.

I think I'd feel worse about a new car, but then my Supra isn't clean as your supra I'm sure, I still think of it as a sub £10K old car, when they are getting all a bit silly price wise.

I've been window shopping, imagining the Supra sale plus £15-20K and so R8, i8 new Supra, boosted GT86 all manner of things, probably just stay as window shopping but perhaps should add a Yaris to the list but can't see any used ones dropping much if at all for a few years yet.

That's quite a nice little list, I've always liked the look of the I8.  I'm sure there will be plenty of Yaris in a couple of years when the 0% finance deals finish up

Keep and eye out for the GR corolla in the next couple of years , might be a bit more useful in size :)

Looks as though this little engine is going to be quite a popular unit for engine swaps, found this article recently and can only imagine how much fun that cars going to be. 😁

It officially arrived on Friday at the dealership, but I’ve asked them to hold it till the end of the month for it to be registered as a 22 plate.

Getting very excited now, and on collection it’s going straight to the PPF company to be protected as I don’t fancy colour matching the paint anytime soon 😁

I hope everyone is having fun in their GR Yaris's (? not sure what is the plural for Yaris?)

..I saw this listing on ebay and it got me thinking..

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/195282298793?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160908105057%26meid%3Da3f25b16e1e44a498e80d0efdc7aa08b%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D8%26rkt%3D15%26sd%3D114793182669%26itm%3D195282298793%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2380057&_trksid=p2380057.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3A71efbc64-1e10-11ed-9e26-5eea22a61baa|parentrq%3Aab2bc9411820a77d7a6c11f5ffff5cfc|iid%3A1

These might be very cool on a A80 supra. Has anyone tried it? Maybe someone on here who owns both can do a test fit?

Not exactly a bargain at a grand per corner but with people modifying these it might be commonplace in the future to have more pop up for sale?

I’ve been all over Scotland with my GRY, absolutely loving this car.

I had a spirited drive with this 400bhp EP3, the Yaris did surprising well, although that’s more down to the EP3 loosing traction :). On the twisty stuff he was toast though.

Hi mate you sure I was toasted it was nice dry crispy road full traction you tried all gears 3rd 4th 5th 6th straight road and all u could see was me zooming out if I ignored your flash and carried on I would of been disappeared and in 2 runs I didn’t even need to gear it down kept it in high gear and no difference yaris made and offcourse you can’t compare that machine with light weight turbo type r 👍
