Picked up a OCD centre timing belt cover for the build.

Managed to get the engine bay degreased and washed off ready for the smooth engine bay look. I wasn't going to go to the lengths of a smooth tucked bay but after seeing kaans epic build at a meet I think I best to stand a chance. So here it goes..... Stay tuned

Spent some of the afternoon stripping out the rollcage so I can get all the trim ready for leather and this also allows us to strip and paint the cage. I mirror polished the nearside tension bar of the cage and its fixing brackets. I have the offside left to do. I'll bubble wrap these and store away till ready to fit again.

Clay will be supplying us with all new fixings for the cage.

Well after getting some ludicrously ridiculous quotes to have the car fully trimmed, we decided to buy some tan & cream leather Hyde and give it a go ourselfs. Managed to get a door card done in tan but need to trim the door handle in cream, so excuse the black one placed for pics.

Dressed to kill!!

The idea is to throw it around a track and into shows. Just enjoying building another one and time is on ours side as we are taking our time and building it how we want

Have you ever seen the Rodger Clarke Motorsport Impreza? Sounds very much along the lines of what you're aiming for :)
