If I had more than 1 week to organise a big meet I could have done it. Two weeks notice would have been enough, but 1 week doesnt give me time to find somewhere really.

 

You generally need permission from people like Bluewater to be allowed lots of cars there, and I cannot find anywhere else with big hard standing parking in that time. Brands Hatch has a track day on that day so thats sort of out, cannot find anywhere else for a big meet.
