are you going to brace your manifold with that massive turbo on it? if so where are you bracing to?

 

I think about it ... its a Manifold from Paul with 4 mm thickness and i think it`s not really necessary cause the stock kits of Paul doesn`t even come with a bracking but i maybe will do it ... manifold + turbo weight unbelivable 29.2 KGs

Nice updates !!

 

How did you find splitting/painting the headlights ? I have to do mine soon :)

 

It`s not that hard, did this a few times more before ;)

 

Heat it in the kitchen around 10-15 mins on 100°C, then start in the inner corner with a scriver drew or something like that to split them ... when you splitted the inner side the rest is really easy, just pull a little bit.

 

I painted them with normal spray paint...

 

and after all you put them back in the oven and heat them up ;)
