Thanks to Darryl & Charlie for a good day out. Was pleased with the power and healthy engine results of my new MR2 Turbo.

Unfortunately, on the drive up to Newcastle to see my Bro, the AC pump jammed and the belt fried itself in a puff of white smoke. Called the RAC as I don't know these engines, but it seems it only drives the AC pump, which I can't be bothered with sorting out, so it's windows open time :)

Paul's was an animal and I'm pleased Gaz finally had a good Supra experience for once - although my arms ached after holding his bonnet for half an hour LOL

Hey guys, good to meet some of you and see a few old faces.

Apologies for the late arrival :) ...but it was worth the delay to see Pauls run eh?

I had the enviable job of holding one side of the bonnet open and must admit it was a little warm even with the fan running under that bonnet!

Thanks to everyone who helped to organise and make the day happen...

It doesn't feel to bad on the road though actually and its got quite a wide power band so once its up on boost it stays on boost. It picks up pretty quick as well, your not sitting there waiting and waiting for something to happen. I mapped a T51 Supra a couple of days before mine and off boost that felt so dead and unresponsive in comparison. I'm not saying its the best street setup in the world though of course.
