Can anyone help here. I have 245/40ZR18s on front/back but suddenly realised i havent checked pressures since I've had it!!! Anyone know what I should be putting in or where I can find this out? Thanks

im in uxbridge (UB8 1XP) if you wanted to try a switch. if your cars suddenly pulling to one side and you are constantly fighting the wheel - a 4 point wheel alignment sounds like the plan (worked for me). ah but you've checked tracking already. mine isnt the best example thinking about it because i havent checked my tyre pressures for a while + I have only fitted Bilsteins to my rear as yet (still havent got the Tein track suspension off the fronts!). oh get back late each day (730 earliest) but have friday off so can be around am (need to be in bham in pm)

alls i can say is that its people like this that spoils this market. Jo Schmuk who is currently saving for a supra may see that 98 VVTis are down to 11k and think thats all they're worth. Not only that, once he looks into it further (wouldnt a HPI check reveal the dodginess?) he'll be put off the import market and realise all his fears...can a person complain to autotrader on this basis?

just seems odd you'd price so low in your first autotrader post - just not human nature to do this. we all need a little lesson in pricing our cars - comes in the form of no calls in the first couple weeks eheheh

dunno but he seemed to be able to get whatever i wanted. first he asked me a price - so naturally i come out with the cheapest ive ever seen - then he'd undercut me by a few Gs so my eyes lit up. but then theres sommit wrong if he sets prices like this eh.

it couldve been that 98 tt that was on autotrader earlier for 8k but it didnt have a stock rear wing then. i spoke to the guy who said he can get all his cars 4k cheaper than anyone else. the cheapest jap xkr was about 16k so he said he could do 12k.

the rubber - i have a big rip on my bilsteins but im looking into patching it up ahead of the MoT. the rip on the Teins is small but will need something doing to it so the MOT man cant spot it (to be safe) - it got through last MoT without issue. as for ride - they are rigid as you would expect. if you track your car and drive hard roudn bends then these are fine. if your roads are crappy with potholes and defects then the thud over bumps might annoy you to start with - but then i dont hear it with my radio on. hope this helps.
