Kev, good luck with your search bud. As well as Sky some people on here are insured with Lancaster. Sky was by for the cheapest when I was looking - was about £1000 fully comp on a BPU TT. I'm 26 - 4 ncb - 7 pts. As for buying a Supra as already said there's traders on here that have very good reputations for top cars. In my opinion though importing from Japan or buying fresh imports doesn't save you as much money as it used to. It seems to me the cars already here are better value than those in Japan. CJ always has excellent cars at realistic prices so keep an eye out in the For Sale section. Expect to pay £6k - £8k for a good TT auto. Expect to Pay £8k - £10k for a good TT manual. You will get cars cheaper than the prices above though but be careful it's a genuine bargain and not a dog. Always put up an ad of a car you're viewing on this board too in case something looks a miss or doesn't look right. Goodluck mate and welcome to the club!!

Congratulations matey, sounds an awesome place to propose. When I do propose that sounds just like the place. I've only ever proposed once. The day after my Nan's funeral I woke up (still pissed) and asked my girlfriend whilst in bed if she fancied going to the Jewellery Qtr to get an engagement ring. I'm off to South America on Sunday to do some backpacking for a few months. I'll be taking my digital camera and a 1gb memory card. Obviously I'll be taking loads of pics with my camera. I'm a little worried that should my camera and card get robbed I'll lose all my pics. Now I know I can upload pics to places like image shack but that's time consuming for each individual pic. Is there anyway I can upload a folder or file with say a couple 100 pics all in one go?? You know like drag and drop a folder to an account online?

IMO - yellow (also orange & bright green etc) look too much like something out the Fast and the Furious. It's an acquired taste I think and may affect any future sale. So I'd go for blue if it's a choice between that and yellow, looks really nice on the Sup. Saying all that though personally i'd stick with black - best colour on the Sup by far. Just take it to the Kosavan car wash and get it jet washed every week for £2 - that's what i did with my Sup.

By far the best deal I got was with these They do single trips, annual multi-trips and backpacking. I'm off to South America instead this Sunday for 6 months to go backpacking. Booked my insurance through these guys too.

I think Jezz said he did a 6 speed kit where he supplied all the parts for a conversion. I think - and don't quote me on this - his kit was £2200 I seem to remember someone saying expect to pay £3000 for a conversion including labour.

Myspace is cool, as already said you meet loads of people you've lost touch with. Because of myspace I met up with some old friends from my younger days. I'm seeing one the girls now so all is good! You should give a try Pete. I used to think it was a load of bollox and didn't even tell my mates I was on there becuase it seemed daft. But one by one they've all signed up over the last few months. I'm not one if them muppets who has 1000's of friends though and I don't buy into the whole bulletin/blog crap - but myspace has it's uses.

The 'Turbo Auto' is the Mkiii, the Twin Turbo is MkIV. Not sure what the F1 is but I'm guessing that's a Mkiii also. The NA aerotop can only really fall into the 'SZ Import' bracket. Pretty much verything else looks to be either Mkiii or MkIV TT.

You'll find out what all this means in no time! As for Admiral I've done a quick quote online to see what cars they have listed for Supra - you are right they don't have an Aero. This is what they have - I'm guessing these include mkiii's as I hadn't got to the bit where you select the year. I'd say from this the one you want is SZ (IMPORT) NON T. It's not an Aero but it's the closest match. Anyone else think otherwise?

So if you were to click on say 'supras' another myspace page appears with a search on myspace for supras. I'm not too fussed about the links just wanted to change the colour of the font. I was kinda hoping it was straight forward...

Yeah that was the first thing I tried but it didn't do anything different. Martin, are you just highlighting what you think should be chnged? isn't FFFFF code for white anyway? I've also tried changing anything that says blacktext but no luck. The text that is black are actually links. If when on my profile you click on any of the black text it creates a search on Myspace for that item of text. I've got a feeling I'll just have to change to a different background.

Yep matey, as already said you wont find a good 6 speed TT for that money - especially in black. However, 6 speeds are starting to drop into that price bracket now but how good they are is another matter. I've seen at least 6 for this money on AT since xmas.
