As title really, I'm going BPU and was wondering whether to get a FMIC. My last Supe made 390ish (give or take to trans loss) at the fly with plugs, fuel pump, BC, De cat, exhaust etc and wanted to try and better that a little. I know every car is defferent but if I added a FMIC to that list would it help at all? I've seen this 2 row from Japan which is really well priced at £270 delivered. Plus I love the way they look but just wondered if I would get anything more than a cosmetic gain.

Should people even be surfing the net whilst at work?? Afterall you're being paid to work I know I couldn't when I worked in an office, or play that Yeti Sports game for that matter. I should know, I got the disciplinary to prove it!

Peter - how much should a de-swirl cost and where would I find somebody reputeable?? Tom, I'm more than happy to give it a go myself if it's too expensive but unsure what tools/compounds I need exactly?

I too have swirls on my car - you can't see them in normal day light but when it's sunny they stand out quite bad. The car's black too which makes it worse. I was gonna just get my car mopped but was unsure whether this was a good idea or not. Tried T-Cuting it but made no difference. Any suggestions?

No way!! I couldn't give a feck for BBC1 but Radio 1 & 5 Live are worth the license fee alone in my view! Radio 1 especially - it's an institution!

I have a set of BBS alloys with tyres which came on my car when I bought it. Ideally they all want a refurb but you could get away with just getting the rim/dish refurbed. They have good tyres all round, at least 6 - 7mm of tread. Goodyear Eagle F1's on the back and budgets on the front. The sizes are Front = 235/45/17 and Rear = 255/40/17 Anyone interested PM me or give me a bell, 07881 918713. Couple pics: Can post up a close up of the wheels if required.

I had the 55 plate Animal, which is basically the Warrior but fully loaded with all the options. Awesome looking motor and decent power (Animal is chipped). The only criticism is the MPG, I think 28 mpg is a little optimistic to be honest. Maybe the Animal is more thirsty than the Warrior but our Sparky said his Warrior was as bad. Mine did around 20 mpg, it was a thirsty fucker. The only other criticism was the steering circle, truely shocking!! What should have been a 3 point turn would be a 10 point turn, this made parking a ball ache. All that said I do still like them, good tax breaks too if you're in the trade.

That's an idea, where did you download the viewer from - the one I found was 45mb???

I'm sure it was both disks yeah, my mate has the other but I had tried that disk while we were away and had problems with it. The one I'm having probs with now was one I posted home.... Funnily enough I had trouble resizing the pics while I was away but couldn't understand the windows error as it was in Spanis. It seemed like they were copy protected. Just checked the CD though and no software... I think I'll check the other disk then perhaps email Kodak if all else fails. Would be a shame to loose the pics... Thanks anyway Gav..

Thanks for trying bud, yeah it's pretty much all the pics except one or two. The Mpeg files that are on the disk are fine though, at least that's something!

- So is it the header what I can see in windows as a thumbnail? Does this mean I cant retrieve my pics then? Damn it, I had some class pics too, what I don't understand is that they worked when I first tried the disk. I even uploaded some to myspace whilst in Argentina. I'm guessing the disks got damaged somehow? I have 2 copies of the pics and both disks are the same....

I have a load of pics from when I was backpacking around South America. Of all the pics I have, one CD which was burnt for me by a Kodak shop in Buenos Aires is corrupt. The pics are supposed to be jpeg but no program I have recognises them. I can view a thumbnail of the pic in windows but when I try to open a picture or view it in a slideshow it wont open or the majority of the pic is missing. I've attached a link to the file on this thread to see if anybody can do what I clearly can't. Sorry James but that's not what I meant. I have a load of pictures on a CD from a recent trip that are corrupted somehow. They are supposed to be jpeg's but no program I have can open them; Paint can't, Nero, Picasa etc etc (photobucket wont upload them either). I was hoping to upload the file on here as a zip file or something so that somebody else could have a crack at opening it for me. I can see the pics as a thumbnail in Windows but I can't open the damn things!

I need to upload a file onto this forum so that somebody can help me with it but it's 2.88mb. It's supposed to be a jpeg but I can't open or resize it. I have WinRar and WinZip but haven't a clue how to compress it into a smaller file.... Any suggestions?

I read somewhere before on here that 19" wheels affect the speedo reading. Is this true and how does it affect it? ie faster or slower reading?

Anyone ever owned or heard this exhaust with full de-cat. Just wondered what it sounded like and if there were any clearence issues. And basically if it is any good? Cheers....

I'm on the look out for some clear indicators and have found these on Ebay. They are meant for a 97/98 MkIV due to bracket position and wiring, but they can be used on a pre-facelift. Any idea how difficult these would be to fit?? The mounting should be straight forward enough, I was just concerned about the wiring... Any advice appreciated!

Mikey, so are yellow Bilsteins stock as well as KYB then?
