  1. Guess so. You may want to check by measuring the hubs, but I'm sure they were 60.1mm
  2. the toyota hub is 60.1. Measure the size of the holes in the wheel so you know the outer diameter and then specify that by 60.1mm. I've had 2 sets of Japanese wheels off ebay and needed 73mm x 60.1mm for both of them
  3. And me on the way home. Really sudden drop and I tried to go over it at 1mph too! Fortunately, no damage for me
  4. Gaz, I cannot believe your bad luck!! I think going home is probably the best thing TBH if it was raining Top man for bringing a Fire Extinguisher for me. Great club spirit in the face of all the adversity
  5. Really nice mate:) excellent quality too
  6. Bugger. Wish I'd known Friday, as I'm at my parents' who live 3 miles from Rockingham!!
  7. Only cars over £30K need to be quoted by email. http://www.morispayment.co.uk/trackday_quick_cover.asp
  8. Good point. I've reduced it from 12K (just had £2K new interior) to 8K and it's more reasonable now, £75 and £43 excess insurance cheers
  9. Wez - did you take out the Excess insurance? Mine is showing as £800 with £60 to insure it. It seems that if you insure it and the damage is more than £800 they pay ALL of it and you don't pay any excess. if it's less then they don't pay anything. Otherwise it's the same as normal car insurance where they pay the damage minus the excess
  10. No fancy plans like you lot, but leaving at 12 to get home, give car a quick clean, pack up crash helmets & spare wheels etc, sort insurance (have decided to go with Everittboles/Morris) and get on the road to my parents (about an hour from Marham)
  11. Hi Mate - Not new, but I've got a japanese double din Kenwood DPX910MD, with an MD player as well as CD, but the MD doesn't seem to work. Unfortunately person before me cut the wires, but they're reconnected using the electrical choco connectoir things to ISO plugs, so you just need the Toyota - ISO loom. Comes with radio expander too. J
  12. Sorry Guys, would be there, but going to Marham Hope it goes ahead and you have a good one
  13. Hi Lui, I'll try to join your convoy, but I'm coming from Bath. I'll drive down towards Chippenham on the A420 then up towards the M4 Junc 17 and wait till I hear you all:D Guess you'll be there between 7:45 and 8:00 ish
  14. Cheers Gaz. Seems a hefty premium and Excess TBH. Just looked on a couple weather sites and Saturday is looking clearer. Have you tried the link I posted a few pages ago?

    Falken 452?

It probably varies from car to car. Myybe the way the Monaro puts the power is somehow different from the Supra. I hated the Toyo T1R's on the Supra - the rear was all over the place, but on my Integrale, they're great
  16. Hi Darryl, I'll definately be there. May be best for me to be around lunch time, due to the distance I need to travel to/from Bath (ie can't be arsed with getting up early )
  17. Hi Gaz, please post up anything on this as soon as you know or can. If it's looking like it will be wet, I'm keen on getting insurance, but not sure whether to go for the people I've already had contact with cheers
  18. From your description, I think the exhaust valve is sticking open so you're loosing boost as the exhaust is simply escaping through T2, which is not actually receiving any intake air until 4000 rpm. If it's the valve itself, then I think that is a bit of a bugger to replace. I think that if the actuator had failed or the hose had a split, then the valve would default to being shut rather than open. Try putting the car in TTC (easy - search on here) by swapping the hoses.
  19. First off a dark blue UK spec just off the M3 (junction 4) about 9am and then a black J-spec on the roundabout with the Farnborough Aerospace Centre at about 9:15 J
  20. My other car's insurance includes track day the same as V's. 10% excess, cover as per on the road etc, so long as its a club event, properly marshalled and I tell them before hand. However, as Colsoop said, one-off trackday cover does not normally cover 3rd parties cars, as it is their responsibility to get insurance, as they are chosing to engage in a risky past-time, fully aware of the risks. ie if I hit someone else, then if I have insurance, my car gets fixed by my insurance co. If they have insurance their car gets fixed by their insurance co. If one of us doesn't have insurance, then they have to fund the repair themselves.
  21. Best thing would be to get the Toyota/ISO harness, an Alpine ISO connector and an Alpine HU. I got mine off Ebay for about £40
  22. The company I found is here I emailed them stating it was a charity trackday and RAF Marham was not on their list of tracks. They replied saying if I pick a simlar airfield venue and email them they will cover me for the same amount. Just done the online quote (using Bruntingthorpe) and it's now showing as £91 with £816 excess, which can be 'insured' for another £60. I think this means that if you need to claim LESS than £816 you don't get anything, but if its more then they pay out. Also, I think track day insurance ONLY covers the person with insurance. If someone else hits you, you need to take them to court to get them to pay, as it is different from road insurance. ie you've elected to engage in a potentially risky event. Maybe wrong, but I can't see anywhere where track day insurance covers a third party. Sky don't do track cover any more
  23. Would have come it was afternoon, but need to pick up a hire car at 5pm as I'm away with work for a few days
