  1. It was very well wrapped up as always. I live in a block of flats in Bath, so it was inside the main front door, outside my internal door. One of my neighbours signed for it.
  2. Will do. Shame about Japfest, but will let you know when it's fitted ps. Would definately go black over blue, especially if you're getting your seats done in a similar way to last time
  3. Got back from a long week away with work to find this little fella outside my door: many thanks to Nic (again) for an easy transaction. Just need time to fit it now
  4. Looking lovely Rich. As Gaz says, get a new number plate (Demonplates are good) and keep her clean
  5. I had this from the rear and it turned out to be a wheel bearing
  6. Only drove an NA on a test drive and it felt reasonably fast, but not as fast as a TT so I went with the TT. I know mine is at least as quick as an Evo IX 360 from 60 to xxx so I'd say it probably does pack more punch when moving, but I'm often impressed with how quick the NA is off the mark
  7. For £6k your looking at an Import Auto. UK spec insurance is usually cheaper than imports. UK specs have different turbos. Apparently they don't spool as quickly, but give a bit more top end for the European Autobahn cruising. Both give the same power (280 is a myth due to the 'gentleman's agreement' they had in Japan) The auto is very good and responsive, not like the usual auto rubbish I'd driven before I bought mine. I absolutely love it. Easy to drive in traffic and gives super fast gear changes every time up to the red line. Also has a manual mode selector for more spirited driving, although TBH, I usually just knock it between 2nd and 3rd on a fast run.
  8. I've got this problem on my Integrale. Unlocking the doors from the remote has also stopped working, although locking seems fine. All cables carry voltage, so I know it's not that.
  9. RWD and yes. Looked at a lovely MR2 Turbo yesterday with plans to use as a track car - not stripped out or anything, but to save the Supra from stones etc that I got from Marham. I also just fancy something else for a bit. Not sure what to do with the Integrale though
  10. Homer, It's possible I may not be in the Supra. Assume that's OK. May be getting something new on Friday, and would like to see how she goes May not happen but though I'd best check
  11. I also saw he's decided to scrap the proposed tax on rubbish. WTF is council tax for then???
  12. Also, If you're selling and buying then what's the issue? The house you were going to buy has also dropped. it's the PRICE TO CHANGE that's important, not what you get for yours
  13. Agree Jake. Was trying to decipher that myself LOL
  14. How on earth is this up for £1800?? http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/483330.htm
  15. IMO your best bet is to sell up and buy one already converted with a proven track record. There's one on here for £11K
  16. I can get 0.3 Bar positive boost showing on my gauge by revving in P (auto). I showed this to some people at one of the SEM meets a while back
  17. JamieP had an M5, not sure if it was this model though. nice cars. Looked at them myself. better value than the M3 IMHO.
  18. That is mental. At least he may be able to see under the SUVs which block your view at junctions LOL
  19. TBH mate I don't like it and personally think you'd be better off getting the Walbro fuel pump in this thread for £80 rather than wasting money on expensive switches to ruin the sequential setup Toyota invested millions developing
  20. What is the process when buying a new car in terms of getting insurance. If I go to see a car on a Sunday and want to buy it, how do I get insurance to cover it when my insurance co is closed?
  21. Spotted just up from Willsbridge Mill at about 2pm Friday. Looked nice and shiny
  22. Totally agree. I used to be an apathetic youngster - "what's the point, they're all terrible etc", but I'm afraid the reality is that voting is the only way we have to actually influence who's in power and the crap we have to take for the next 5 years (or 10, or 15 yawn) Was worried I'd missed something, what with working away so much at the moment
