  1. My boss was on West Coast, LA and traveled up to Sacramento.
  2. Why not just ring them or go in and say what you've said here? Just tell them what you know, they'll decide when to come and lie in wait for him. You could say you feel crap about grassing someone up but you hate the thought of him having an accident and hurting innocent people, or worse.
  3. Was that on MvF? My manager went to that place when he was in the states a couple of weeks ago!

    2012 Films

OK so week off work last week, bought this, watched all 4 films. My life is now complete.
  5. The problem is more that the drivers can't drive to their limits, it's still some skill involved but it's different to racing skill, they can't push the car to the max and reach their own limits, it's all down to the limits of the tyres and winning's determined by a computer that decides when to pit. What's the alternative? Give back control to the teams, let them design and build the cars they want within less strict rules? Use more tyre manufacturers again so they last a whole race and are super sticky? Talking of tyres, another thing I don't like are these marbles, I'm sure it was never that bad before, it means overtaking is bloody dangerous after half a race cos anything off the racing line is an ice rink!
  6. You can hear in Schumachers recent comments that he doesn't like the racing any more, cos it's too restricted. Trouble is when it's full capability racing there's no overtaking and the public get bored.
  7. A) Did you eat it? B) Was it already paid for?
  8. Holy baps batman, that's HUUUUUUUUGE http://static1.morznet.com/image_uploader/photos/large/big_burger.jpg
  9. Posts without pics will be deleted. This is a pic of 'Nice': http://www.alpix.com/nice/pictures/pictflip/Nice_Port_1_m.jpg
  10. Why don't you all just go and wash your cars whilst it's pis*ing with rain? Won't need any kind of rinse water then.
  11. Awesome, I'm so glad I did an apprenticeship 14 years ago ( ), still work for the same place and love it. Are all your mates going to be at college/uni etc.? So you'll be the only one with a car/money ?
  12. OMG. In 30 years it's predicted about 50% of the planet will be in SEVERE water shortage - like not enough to survive.

    2012 Films

Oh I've seen the first 3, but it was a long time ago and I don't really remember it, so I know what it's all about and remember loving 1 and 2. I keep meaning to buy the quadrilogy on Blu-Ray (if it's available) but the wife has no interest so I have to keep arguing my case (and losing). I just mean I need to watch them all again so I can be up to date, otherwise I know I'll miss important snippets in this new film.

I need to watch Alien really, don't have a clue what the whole story is.
  15. You seem to only be describing the zoomed section of the graph, shown in beige. That section only shows the last 1,000 years, and is a hockey stick, but the graph below it shows 400,000 years into the past, where the zoomed section is too small to make out. The main graph shows a repeating cycle every ~100,000 years, going from ~180ppmv to ~300ppmv, then in the zoomed graph it shows that in the last 200 years it's gone up to nearly ~380ppmv, a value that hasn't been seen in the entire 400,000 year history of the measurements.
  16. Nobody cared to reply when I asked .
  17. Another problem that can be solved by mass genocide. Actually I might change my commonly repeated retort to: "Another problem that can be solved by mass genocide.......... or fusion power"
  18. Vettel starts in 11th. Heheh.

  20. Anyone know what this film's about? Usual vague leading trailers are no good. There's a cabin, it's in the woods. Other than that it's Wrong Turn vs Cube or something.
