  1. Bung some octane booster in it that should pep the fuel up enough to get it going. And once the fuel in the lines is gone it should stabilise nicely. I have this problem with the boat engine after I have left the thing sat in my garden for months What makes you think the battery is nadged?? Recharge it properly and see how long it holds a charge as batteries aren't cheap.
  2. Search ebay there is a guy that makes full kits on there but sells a pretty gucci lip spoiler bit. That or bite the bullet and buy one from toyota but it won't be cheap.
  3. 200sx fella is conductin a poll shortly to include all soop types so keep an eye out for that. PS did you see what I said about folding plastic handled allen keys from halfords or bike shop?
  4. Try micheldever Dunno if they deliver but I have found them to be the cheapest place there is within 70 miles of me so their prices are good as a low benchmark.
  5. I had my roof off yesterday all day and most of the evening too. An allen key set that you get from halfords where all the keys close into a plastic handle is what I use as my car didn't have the allen key or plugs when I got it. They are only a few quid and are readily available in any halfords or bike shop. Plus you can use the other allen keys for other stuff lol. Just waiting for the beast to get home so I can get the roof off again today lol. Thats the car not the wife lol!!!
  6. Nah they both come out relatively hassle free.
  7. Well if its not pissin down I will go. At least now the clocks have moved it will still be light when we get there. 1. Dangerous Brain
  8. Ah but i can get my car sprayed in a year (that seems to be the going time frame-ask supra gal lol) but your points will still be resplendent upon that shiny license for 4 years.. Actually you know what its really not actually funny......:littled:
  9. Your license should be back with its new endorsements for us all to laugh at Steve lol:donkey:
  10. Steve W2's car is a bone!!!! LOL only kidding fella we just don't wanna see ya driving that MR2. Be sensible give up the MR2 it only gets ya points mate and come back to the supra club!!!!!! Seriously the wheels on that car are worth 10% of the asking price, the spray job another 10%. Steve are you mad selling it lol.
  11. I have pro-active navtrak on mine the unit is £350 installed and the proactive part costs £15 a month. I get nowt off my insurance but at only £45o a year I won't complain. The peace of mind knowing that the second my car is moved without permission the rozzers are informed is worth it.
  12. Wow sounds like a top class security dood!! Does being class Q mean any money off the insurance???
  13. Wahey A right bunch of vigilanties we have goin on here lol. Bring back public hanging. And lets chop off thievin scummers hands!!!!!! Seriously though sometimes cos the law is so slack proper admonishment for crimes is required to prevent future re-occurences- Thats just a posh way of saying twat the fuckers so hard that they will never do it again!!! Untill the law gets serious about real crime and puts the money they extort from us motorists into that dept lets all keep our cars safe huh, the 15 quid a month I pay for my pro active navtrack is well worth the peace of mind. Second some knob takes my car he is being traced and hopefully he gets home with it before the police find him as theres bound to be other stolen cars there. Lets get a group buy going on for the south african anti car jacking gas side flamer kits just to be on the safe side lol!!!
  14. Well I will say one thing... Should any muppet try the wander into my house and nick my car keys in order to steal my car Bloody Good Luck to them!!!!!!!!!!!!! I spend approx 10 minutes per morning trying to locate my car keys. Now you would think I would learn my lesson and place said keys in the key box that i have just inside my front door!!!! Hell no that would be toooooo easy. No I place them under various leaflets or newspapers, under THAT pile of washing, in a sodding saucepan, and once in the sodding unlocked cars passengers door pocket!!! So bring it on twatty thief the only thing you will find in my house is utter confusion
  15. I have pro-active Nav-trac in my car but my faith in that has been dented a little recently. Pro-active nav track is a sensor within the car that as soon as the thing is either switched to ignition slot 2 or moved more than a metre without the sensor being de-activated the sattelite tracking station is alerted. Now that sounds fantastic and on paper it is but!!!!! My best mates brother is a BOOOO traffic copper.. Or should I say was!!!! He responded to a tracker stolen car alert, was given a specific location of a "stolen" according to tracker (which is non-proactive as fas as I am aware ie you have to tell them the car is gone to activate follow up procedure) vehicle. He blatted off in his rapid as fuck volvo marked car. In transit somewhere along the lines apparentley the code was reduced from an important to non-important response. Now the only reason that all this came to light is because around a corner the poor guy met a car on the wrong side of the road, unfortunatley under blues an 2's he wasn't going slow so avoidance didn't happen hence enquiry. I kind of digress but I think you see where I am going here. Even when given the exact location of a stolen motor the police are too overstretched to actually do anything about it. And when they do the poor fucker that tries gets himself fucked over by the system!!!!!
  16. Aw dammit I am deep sea Tuna and game fishing in the ascesion Islands that week, And I have always wanted to have a blat around Castle Coombe since I went there as a teenager..
  17. So if its not raining are we doing this or what?????
  18. Oh Ok so its a dog then Mucho releif all round then
  19. All analogue gauges have an accurate and innacurate range. Thats why speedo's generally have a huge amount more mph than a car can do on them. the second third of a gauge is its accurate zone anything in the rest is surprisingly innacurate. Where I used to work all gauges of any description were calibrated annually. As our speedo's are never calibrated as its not required for them to be calibrated its hardly surprising that over time their calibration drops off. Those delimiters and mph converter boxes that are available and probably allready on most j-specs are alledgedly capable of speedo adjustments ie calibration.
  20. If you check out the website it does say further down the speel that its an N/A but still this is much cheapness isnt it?? Just seen a 97R reg at another traders for 8k??
  21. Is this a dealer mistake or are facelifts really available at dealers for this sort of money??? Facelift for 7.5k
  22. Woah don't get me wrong I am in no way complaining at all:) I would have done the monday as well but mrs doesn't get home from work til half six and I don't think I could reliably get to the M23 in time.. Other Mondays within an hours drive are achievable.
  23. Yep!! More of a drive than a meet though.. If he ever gets the map done lol
  24. Nah that makes sense. If it used to be mondays then so shall it be again. Hopefully though the next ones will be closer to here ie bournemouth LOL.
