no it doesnt the original psjailbreak had to be and the psgroove which was ported was coded so it didnt. Apparently the psjailbreak team put some code in that if it was removed it would cause the system to reboot. Bet you wish you knew this at the weekend lol

BE and o2 are same company as my speed check comes up as Be although im with o2. the router they provide is poor and you only actually rent it and give it back at the end but sounds your like me want the speed for the gaming. I went with their ADSL 2 package because of speeds up to 20mb. I'd check on o2 website see what speed you can get. Then i'd buy myself a 2nd hand netgear router (i got dg834GT)and load it with custom firmware for the netgear router from the dg team (google dg team and top link). It does all the stuff netgear designed to do and more. the best feature is lowering the SNR ratio, most providers set a minimum of 6db to keep the connection highly reliable, as they cant be doing with 10,000 calling up because thel ine cant handle a lower SNR. with the custom firmware mine reports at 6db to the exchange but is actually at 2.8db. this has increased by internet connection from 4.7mb to 7.5mb on average. If you do get any broadband use a cashback website. o2 give first 3 months free and £50 cashback. So at £10 a month for 20mb (if you have o2 phone) then it will cost you £40 for broadband for the year. I use http://www.topcashback.co.uk or http://www.quidco.co.uk for the cashback

Not since they got a calculator to hack the Ps3 Regarding games requiring firmware to play I wouldnt worry. Im sure what will happen is the game will be backed up to the hard drive and using the 3rd party FTP app already out there you will be able to edit a file to say it requires a lower firmware rather then the latest. Now they have the ability to edit the games, as long as the peopel arent worried about playing online things become easier.

Sony released an update today to block it. Dont update is the word at the moment as they already have more updates on the open source. no one is sure what it is yet. however they have already found a way around getting online with the lower firmware by just changing your DNS!!

On serious note try newsgroups.... you could try it out over 3 day trial for free and you wont go back. Your internet connection max'd out every time. always get what you want and expect as well. If your interested ill do some instructions for you its easy enough nowadays. Also what router you got, I had 4.4mb with o2; custom firmware in my netgear router and i now have 7.5mb

the PS3 wasn't exactly hacked to this level before a proof of concept was shown of getting past the security. Also its been confirmed this hack is nothing to do with the previous hack and uses a different method. This device is illegal because its believed it uses sonys SDK's that was leaked sometime back to get around the console'sretail security and puts in debug mode allowing unsigned code. Either way some clever people and only a matter of time before its copied

I can tell you it uses the Ego 2 engine and will have split screen multiplayer...does that help.

No I just follow F1 religiously. Been waiting for a proper F1 game for ages! Forza didnt have it and Gt5 doesnt have it either. I know all vids so far have been in arcade mode, so im hoping with all assists off its more simulation like.
