Hi Kev Welcome mate! I do like the look of the GTOs, especially in red. I've never driven a GTO (or TT Supra for that matter!), but supposedly the Supes a better drive (& faster) I suppose you'll be going for a TT rather than an NA?

I had nightmares about stuff like this happening, then I bought my new supe with Clifford 600 anti-hijacking (key code etc) - now I have nightmares about forgetting to put the code in every time the door opens & the bloody thing shutting down on me 50m down the road, with the police siren alarm blaring out of it! Glad to hear them punks didn't get your car, I really hope they get caught. If they do, will you go to court if needed to add the breaking & entering, to the other offences (BMW) With any luck they'll get time & b*mf*c*ed in prison! Sorry - went a bit OTT then!

Is it definately coming from the turbo? Try turning your stereo off, it might be that it's not earthed properly! (that's why my NA's whining!)

That seems mighty high! I though the recommended was 34 or something? I seem to remember a thread on tyre pressure a while back, but I don't remember anyone saying that high! - Is it because you have 19's on or what? I did mine yesterday after not checking them for about 5 months (muppet - I know!) they were all between 20 - 22 and I quickly pumped them up to 35. They were measured when cold BTW.

Rather than read the last 16 pages, can somebody please give me an update on where the meet is now and on what time? I might be taking a mate up to Swindon to collect a new bike on Sunday so might be able to meet up somewhere along the line on the way there or on the way back Cheers

I remember reading that anything over 90 decibels can lead to permanent hearing damage so 130 decibels must be bloody loud (and dangerous for the ears)! How loud was it inside the car?

Sorry to hear about your car. What colour was it? (I think I just posted early then by mistake!) I can't work out why people do stuff like this? Jealousy I guess, but it's so sad and pathetic. These people need to be caught and taught a lesson.

I was thinking it sounds more like a concentration camp! Is "Nur Spec" definitely short for "Nurburgring" then? Anyone know why? (out of interest!)

"Nurburgring" sounds German, maybe it's 'Newer spec" then, but I guess it's "Nur spec" though! I'm confusing myself now
