  1. Did a check to see the wheel gap and put it on a jack stand and jacked up the rear wheel. I lifted the wheel as much as possible and it looked alright, might have to have a tiny bit rolled as you can see in the picture. Also spent the whole afternoon properly cleaning the interior. Boot lid rubber has been changed and it made a world off difference no more rattling when going over bumps Now I gotta remove BPU mods and put stock exhaust and cat converters back on for MOT....
  2. I will for sure give it a try Luxluc as I love how the wheels look now compared to the stretched crap that was on ^^ Thank you for those good words Wayne! That looks very similar to my setup and I got stock suspension with 24 et. I think the edge inside the arch has been rolled upwards a bit by the previous owner.
  3. Got 1k worth of tires on the car and overall I'm happy with the way it looks but haven't got to test it properly yet. I went for the Falken Azenis FK453 235/35R19 in the front and 255/35R19 in the back. Going from 235 rears to 255 completely changed the look of the car. A tiny question though, will I encounter any issues with the rears? will it compress enough to hit the wheel arch?
  4. Sorry for my late reply Glanza, the sound I had can be listened to here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugAbHjwRWmc it disappeared completely after fitting a brand new pump.
  5. God that's not a fun sound to come out of the engine bay!
  6. No nothing is stamped on the spokes just "19x"
  7. Okay did a new accurate measurement and rim is 266mm and hub to edge is 160mm so that leaves me with 27 offset. I am thinking about 265/35 R19 with stock suspension/arches. Any inputs?
  8. If you are on XP. Go on start menu -> Run -> Type in "dxdiag" and all system information will pop up :-)
  9. Simply put. 32-bit is for computers with up to 4GB of ram. while 64-bit is for computers with more then 4GB of ram. As the 32-bit version can't utilize more then 4GB.
  10. Welcome to the forum! Great looking car as well

    1.2jz,

Nice read and an awesome car, 1JZ block with a 2JZ VVTI head. http://www.speedhunters.com/2015/03/the-driftmotion-supra-kinda-1jz/?utm_content=buffera56b9&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer
  12. Great job on the headlights! Keep up the good work
  13. Great looking cars! Wouldn't say no to an old gtr
  14. Thank you Kendo! It's quite fun to work with much simpler than the 2JZ, which is nice for a change. Exhaust has arrived but the bolts are still on the way, this is just a mock up on how it's gonna be: Other then that I've ordered: Toyota Supra Boot Rubber Kit Toyota Supra Rear Exhaust Rubber Toyota Supra TT Cam Cover Breather Hoses Toyota 2JZ Turbo Breather Hose Toyota 2JZ PCV Breather Hose So now pretty much every hose in the bay has been replaced with new ones, which is good to have sorted. Boot rubbers will also be great to get as the ones on the car has changed from rubber to rock x) Last thing on the list is tires..... any good recommendations? A very good tired that works great on both dry and wet roads.
  15. I don't know how it's over there, but here if they are nice enough to tell you that a part is starting to get worn and that you should consider replacing it instead of giving you a fault that requires immediate replacing to get the car to pass inspection. I would def not risk going to the MOT without having that fixed.... This is in Norway though.
  16. Stunning car!! You should def keep on to it!
  17. That made it a lot harder with the tire on
  18. I got a set of Volk GT-Cs 19x9,5 fronts 19x10,5 rears, but I am struggling to find the offset of the rears as I need new tires and I wan't to go wider if it's possible. By my calculations the offset is 33 mm But I would like some opinions here of what you guys think it is. I would also appreciate some opinions on how wide I can go with stock suspension and stock arches because 235 is slippery to say the least..... This is from lip to lip: and back of center to back lip: This is how it sits on the car:
