  2. Small updates: Chromed Some new custom made dial matts: Il get some more pics when they are fitted
  3. Cheers mate I'm very happy with the set up.. the Pillowball mounts don't seem that harsh and still has a good ride and feels a lot more planted than it was.. Still needs some adjustment to get it sitting completely level think I may take it for a full geometry set up soon

  5. So got the BC RS Type RA coilovers in today after picking them up after work Think the lows make it look wider somehow! Still gotta mess around with the height a bit so il get some proper SLR shots after
  6. It's a XS T61 here's the exact spec.. Might switch out to a Borg Warner unit when it's all built up but I've heard plenty of good things about these turbos on similar builds
  7. It's come a lonnnnng way so far but there's still a long way to go! It's an XS manifold with the addition of vband flanges on Quality is actually really quite good.. Welds are incredible!
  8. Cheers man I did a bit more on the engine too today.. Fitted the turbo, intake and downpipe in place.. Really starting to come together I'm excited!!
  9. I did get in trouble with the mrs for that picture too haha she has a point I suppose!!
  10. Started chopping the old suspension out.. Drop links were a bit stubborn so I got the old grinder out! Rusty bits all scrubbed down with a wire brush.. Waxoyled body and high temp paint for the suspension components

  19. Il let you all know how I get on for anyone searching
  20. It is a weekender so I've gone with RAs as they weren't that much more expensive.. That was before reading your advice though guys! I'm a little impatient haha still maybe this means il have to do some more track days I rang BC and spoke to their customer service who said that their pillowballs aren't that noisy and will sharpen up responsiveness and feel Car sounds like a jet taking off anyway haha
  21. After a bit of research BC seem to get good reviews and managed to get a very good price on them too As do the HSDs and MeisterRs Pillowball.. Good or bad thing for what I want though?
  22. RA - For Street and Circuit Use Front : Pillowball Top Mount Rear : Rubber Top Mount or No Top Mount RS - For Street and Circuit Use Front : Rubber Top Mount Rear : Rubber Top Mount Which is best to go for.. will be mainly street with occasional track driving.. its not my daily so im not opposed to a stiffer set up if it will dramatically improve handling or feel! what is best and why?
