  1. Are you going for the boostlabs variant with the billet wheel. What exhaust housing are you going for?
  2. I have: The button The ECU The Mechanism The Motor Just missing the blade itself and the undertray
  3. I have various parts for the active spoiler system: The Button The ECU The Mechanism The Motor Just missing the blade itself and the undertray. Cant use them myself as i have an FMIC £100 ono Thanks Niall
  4. Yea i can kinda appreciate that. However a well known name on the UK motorsport scene i was talking to last week was telling me that alot of the importers are importing the cars and they cant even sell them because no one will pay the money for them. There is no shortage of them sitting in the import yards in europe. Surely thats greed driving the price rather than scarcity?
  5. But its not that really is it? Thats what i said in the opening post there are no fewer cars about really are there?
  6. I thought I would start a discussion on this after speaking to another well respected member on here about some of the ridiculous prices people are demanding for essentially standard cars. Ill not mention specifically but i am aware of someone selling a tt6 in the mid 20s, not concourse, not particularly identifiable. I have had 3 supras, a J Spec GZ TT Auto that I paid 5,250 for with 60k on it, an NA6 with 50k on it for £4k and a UK Spec single that I paid £6,500 for. Not astronomical prices and all reasonably tidy cars. Now don't get me wrong my own car now I would value in the mid £20's purely on cost and I'm all for cars in that price range considering significant modification and work e.g Kaans, Chris Burlos, Sheefa etc etc. But my question is, in what way is "the market up" for people to demand £12-15k plus for pretty standard cars, not particulary tidy or clean? Rarity is the easy answer but really they arent that rare, no rarer than when you could pick up a TT auto for £5-6k, 3 or 4 years ago. People always say its worth what someone will pay and I don't see many people paying so what has happened? All opinions welcome!

  8. As above, Looking for a TRD spoiler replica, more for an experiment than anything else so damaged or a bit rough is fine and above all, cheap!lol Thanks
  9. Great news for you mate. Been in your position before - not with anywhere near as much tenure but understand the stress and panic. Glad to see you have had a little bit of sunshine!
  10. As above, selling a set of NA Fan blades and the viscos coupling that I purchased in error £30 posted in the UK Thanks Niall
  11. 4" downpipe by any chance?
  12. 6-7k for full bare metal respray is a complete bargain
  13. Thats the boostlab version we are talking about
  14. Forgot i still have these in the garage. Bump for a set of fans
  15. Lol in what way? You told me i was wrong and then stated the auto shud "load up the engine" and give better spool and bignum said i was right for the reasons i stated
  16. Thanks bignum. I thought i was but didnt want to get into an argument on someone elses thread!
  17. Oh ok. Must just have simply been the size of the housing then. Ok so vote for .86 housing then!
  18. Surely the turbo spool is directly correlated to the engine response which is turn is entirely dependant on the gearing of the autobox?
  19. Slower to rev in normal driving unless using manual or kickdown surely? I certainly found that with mine. Not using kickdown or manual mode it certainly did take some time to build the boost
