  1. Haven’t watched all this but pretty sure the supra didn’t show up: Would happily be proved wrong though
  2. Does anyone know if it actually raced? It wasn’t on the race standings at the end but they did mention it. (VLD race 9 at the Nürburgring in case anyone is wondering) I didn’t see it on the track at all but I saw it in the pits on Facebook and on a YouTube video. Anyone seen any footage of it in the actual race?
  3. I suspect this to be much more likely, although I’d like it to be the more positive outcome, I very much doubt that’s the case
  4. This was just a promo video for the gr racing concept and that’s it would be in gran turismo, they shouted it at Geneva I march. The car we will get won’t look like that (unless they bring out a grmn edition that’s the same)
  5. That’s only the initial number. More will be produced after
  6. My misses pointed out that the new Camry interior is more supra than the new supra. She’s right
  7. Actually it says >300hp Therefore it can mean one of 2 things. 1. The base model puts out at least 300hp 2. The top spec car puts out at least 300hp. Judging by the Z4 I’d say it’s around 340hp. Hopefully there really is a surprise somewhere.
  8. If it comes with 460hp or around that then that’s fair enough and I’d be a lot more excited but I doubt it seeing as the cayman s (the target car) only comes with 350hp....
  9. Just to compare, The new mustang fully spec’d up is 49k with magnaride, 444bhp and none of that digital engine noise crap. The interior is much nicer now too so honestly it’s a better car for less money
  10. No manual and only approx 340hp (Z4 power) in 2018 for over £50k is appalling. BMW well overvalue thier brand
  11. For that spec, it’s pretty poor. I’d say it’s 10k overpriced.. a focus RS will outperform this for less
  12. I wouldn’t bother. I wanted to go single until I realised it’s quite easy to keep up with the big singles round the twisties with BPU. If you want a drag car then go big single. Otherwise you will spend money you’ll never get back. Staying closer to stock saves you money and keeps value in the car.
  13. Do you think they’ll be any other reserves other than the 300 announced? And do you think they will last the week? Just genuinely curious as to how quick people think these will sell
  14. They don’t have any cars and the dealers don’t have any details yet apart from what’s already known so there won’t be anything to see
  15. Fair enough but it’s literally a Z4 in a new shell, how is that going to compete with anything Ferrari produce? Even if we say it’s aiming for the Porsche Cayman. Those are pathetic aspirations.
  16. This is what was apparently spied as the new BMW’s interior (I believe it’s actually the new Supra interior): Because this is the new bmw interior: To be honest the differences are minimal but honestly I hate it, BMW interiors have alsways been boring.
  17. I so wanted to believe this would be good and the feel of it (even with some BMW hardware) would match the MKIV but there’s no way that can happen now. Sitting and looking at a BMW interior is the final nail in the coffin in my opinion. Unless they do a GRMN version that is DRASTICALLY different then it’s a let down, which I doubt they will due to cost...
  18. Same for anyone buying this expecting anything other than a Z4 because the parts catalogue confirms they are the same.
  19. Yea good idea. Would be good if a mod could change it
  20. Just seen the wheels are 17/18/19 inch
  21. This was covered in this thread: Toyota 'new car launch' and we are invited!! https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?share_fid=12714&share_tid=349412&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Emkivsupra%2Enet%2Fvbb%2Fshowthread%2Ephp%3Ft%3D349412&share_type=t Not sure if we need another?
  22. Kind of understand the feeling but I’m hoping the GRMN edition will save it. I know it’s optimistic but I’d hate to see nothing good come from this.
