I’m working really hard in the gym four times a week and training with 2 other guys for motivation and spotting etc. I just don’t seem to be able to get the diet right, when I start eating loads I get a bit fat which covers the muscle definition, so I cut back a bit and the progress of the muscle growth slows right down!
How did you manage to loss so much weight whilst retaining the muscle?
What I would say to Pete is depending on the gym you go too most people there will be in exactly the same situation, have the same goals and are really nice people. Don’t worry about the weight you are lifting at all, no one cares. What is silly is when you see someone lifting way too much weight and then their technique is all over the place. Routine keeps me going its like getting up for work in the morning, I know I’m going to get picked up for the gym at 7.00 so I need to be ready.
